    I hope the mods will forgive me but it's a significant loss I want others to avoid, so I started this thread to notify as many people as I can.

    I just used the "APRIL-FIRST" coupon and while specifically making sure I DID NOT apply any tokens, the order substracted 8 of my 10 tokens of a zero dollar purchase.

    To the mods: If you disagree with me starting a seperate thread on this, please feel free to merge this with the reporting thread. Also if you have any suggestion how to handle this situation any advise would be very welcome, I still have two tokens left but the situation has become quite complicated how to handle this. I hope we can resolve this soon as many of my planned purchases are not that interesting anymore.

    I just tried reproducing what happened to you (bought an item from the list and used the coupon etc) but I didn't lose any of my tokens and everything went ok. It may have been a random glitch sad I did notice it sort of flitter for a second before it all settled properly in my cart so maybe that had something to do with it. Please put in a support ticket and they can get you squared away. So very sorry for any inconvenience sad

    PS I did merge it as you mentioned so we could keep the stuff together incase we get any additional reports of the same thing happening so we can see if there is some commonality maybe between them that helps troubleshoot what might have happened. (Again I am terribly sorry that happened but support should be able to get everything all taken care of and/or potentially explain what may have happened.)

    I'm experiencing the same in a way, they're not counting towards the 'buy a mix of newly mad, still mad' etc. 50% off reduction. I get the 10% off discount with them in the cart alright, with the new animal tracks item for example; but they should also trigger it to fall to 50% off, which they don't. Like, it stays at around 10 bucks with the two April's fool things in the cart, and when I add a random Mad Artist item, it falls to around 8,50. Can this be rectified somehow? Cheers!

    Edit: That is with an extra 5% off banner and 2 tokens in the cart.

    SHOPPING- SPREE Is not working for me. I tried putting in some items from the list and it just disappears after I click apply. I tried with one, two, and eight items, and it just doesn't work. Is that another April Fools joke?

    After a bunch of testing the only thing the freebies gives is the extra 10% on Newly Mad, Still Mad, Mad Artist, and Mad Related. To get the $3.25 you have to have 2 from either Newly Mad or Still Mad

    How do I un-apply tokens? When I move it down to zero, it still adds them and when I refresh goes back to all of them applied again. 
     

    Figured it out. Had to apply 0.

    OK, I was wrong I guess that they are supposed to trigger the discount. Can you paste a screenshot of it not giving the discount?

    Is anyone else having issues with wildly fluctuating prices in their cart? I added Britain Botanica and it was $14. I added a number of other things to my cart and while I don't remember the prices to the penny, when I went to view cart and check out, everything went up varying extents, a dollar here and there, but the Britain Botanica went up to $18 and change. I thought that was odd, so I removed it and readded it, and it went up to it's base price in the cart preview, and $19 in the checkout. This is without me having any coupon codes applied, just taking advantage of today's sales and the discount I am getting for having Daz horse 2 and 3.

    The sale page https://www.daz3d.com/2023-march-madness is showing yesterdays page, clearing the cache and/or using incognito mode does not help

    edit: Why not include the date in the URL, so the cache would not be a problem and one would know which page should be on which day
