    What all you getting today?  The sale is OK, but does not seem that great to me.  In order for it to be good you really have to have the 8 tokens, and even then, most of the things that I would have been interested in would have been bundles that they removed from the better discounts while leaving their components at the somewhat better discounts.

    Plus noone has bothered acknowledging my ticket or issue yet with Varg bundle, so not really inclined to buy anything extra until the last issue is fixed. The sale the other day with the bonus 30% off all mad items I think was much better as it made a much bigger difference on stuff that normally was not able to be had for a very good deal.  A few weeks back we had a 85% off coupon for 3 items on almost aything you wanted that was not counted as a new release.

    Another whole month has passed and still we have not received this "stuff in the pipeline". Daz really make preorders look unattractive when things like this happen. Should we still expect to receive the additional content?

    While we will attempt to inquire about this, it really should be handled through the ticket system.

    I only see that you need two new mad or still mad in cart for 3.99 items. I have two in my cart and the item dropped to 3.99.

    I only see that you need two new mad or still mad in cart for 3.99 items. I have two in my cart and the item dropped to 3.99.  

    There are 2 "grab bag" categories today with different rules for the $3.99 price:

    • the usual "bonus grab bag" where you need 1 newly/still mad in cart (for 5 items) or a qualifying purchase in the last 3 days (for 10 items)
    • the "extra grab bag" where you need 2 newly/still mad items in cart

    Minor thing, but gift card discount isn't being displayed correctly. It's 10% off and then an extra 5% off with purchase, which is not actually 15% off. But it displays as such in the cart....

    Either the price should be $150.00, or the discount should be 14.5%. I know, rounding and all that, but it's still a bit misleading and potentially not compliant. Should show the actual percentage at least to one decimal. Again, not a big deal, but still an opportunity for improvement.

    Moderators.  Do you know if the daz support system is slammed because it has been another day without hearing from support at all.  I even asked if the ticket has at least been assigned to someone yesterday, and have not seen an acknowledgement to that.  Just trying to find out how long should I expect to pass before I get a response to something that I already well defined, so this should be a very easy ticket to process.  The only thing I can think of is either they are swamped with tickets or some how my ticket has not been picked up.

    I did tech support and help desk for years.  Users updating their tickets with useful information or requesting updates on tickets, tended to increase the tickets priority within its own urgency/criticality grouping since, users activing trying to help in the resolution of their issue help close tickets sooner, then folks who put in a ticket and then you can't get a hold of.  And the goal is to properly complete tickets as quickly as possible. 

    Guess I will just wait longer.

    In normal situations, it is a 24-48 hours turnaround at most. In most cases, it's within 24 hours. ATM they could be swamped because of it being March Madness. They usually are swamped during these big annual sales.

    Are you sure that wasn't an order with other, non-Gift Card elements on which you did use two of your Tokens for an extra 10% discount?

    There was a Daz + Item with it, i ignored the tokens completely and didn't realise that it had applied them (support pointed this out). However I bought another gift card, with another Daz+ item with it, and this time dialed the tokens to 0 on each screen, proceeded with the purchase, and lost another 8 tokens!!!... These tokens don't auto apply when doing a regualr purchase so why are they applying automatically when getting a gift card?

    The cart remembers the token usage from previous cart, if one used tokens on the previous cart, it defaults to using them on the next one as well, even if the cart has just free items or a gift card.

    One must make sure that the button in the token interface does not say "Applied" if one isn't going to use any tokens. If the button does say "Applied", then use the minus sign to reduce the number of tokens down to zero and press the green button "Apply to Cart"

    Which interactive licenses are supposed to be "50% off"?

    I put some 10$-ones in the cart, and they're at 40%, which seems to be the effect by using 8 tokens...

    Haven't found any 35$/50$ ones that are 50% to start with, yet...

    Alsio what about printing licenses? I can't find any that are 50% off.

    "All Still Mad Releases are back!"

    "40% OFF Still Mad Releases"....

    Unfortunately, all "Still Mad" releases are not back. For example, Captivating Claws for Genesis 9 (https://www.daz3d.com/cc-character-kit-captivating-claws-for-genesis-9) is missing from the list and only shows the 30% new release discount. Any chance of this getting fixed before the sale ends?
