    Suggestion for Daz team: automatically disable punch card discounts when the cart value is $0.00

    Last night I had some items in my cart with the punch card discount applied. Then I cleared the cart and added just the free easter egg item "Daz Easter Egg - DD PBR Metal Grille Shaders for Iray Vol 1 - 2 of 4" and went to checkout. Daz auto applied the punch card discounts to the free item and I happened to notice it just before finishing the transaction, otherwise I would have gotten a fabulous discount on a $0.00 item and burned up all my tokens.

    The free item is a nice pick, by the way! I have other Digital Delirium shaders and have been happy with them.

    It's not in my inventory yet, nor is the one from Saturday, but looking forward to using them when they appear!

    Thank you. I tried it and it didn't work... I would very much appreciate it if a moderator could take care of this; a help file just takes too long now.

    To repeat what I said elsewhere:

    The URL for part 3 of the easter egg has a wildly incorrect URL -- The daz3d.com part is missing, and it should be part 3 of 4, not 4 of 4.

    The correct incorrect URL is https://www.daz3d.com/daz-easter-egg--dd-pbr-metal-grille-shaders--4-of-4/ -- the item is actually there, but, as mentioned, it should be 3 of 4 in the URL and not 4 of 4, so when they fix it, this one will probably break -- 4 of 4 will be reserved for tomorrow's final quarter.

    @caravelle You applied them to items that don't stack with the tokens. You can see directly in cart if the tokens work.

    I don't know. Maybe. That link shows  25213 items. The Store page shows that the store has 45141 items. I guess "Store Wide" doesn't mean everything in the store to marketing. You must be right, that must be the content of the Store Wide sale. Thanks.

    Oh, really nice. The moderators consistently ignore me and my problem, and my four tokens are all gone now (they expired at midnight Daz time). A really impressive shopping experience...

    It says "Store Wide Artists sale", which usually means items that are not Daz Originals. Then there's new items and grab bag items that are not included.

     You are not telling us, what are you precisely doing.

    Cart 1 - I put an item in the cart, no tokens are applied and the price is $11.99 => I click "Apply to Cart"
    Cart 2 - The tokens are now applied and the price is $7.19, the green button shows "Applied" while showing the number eight next to the coin.
    Cart 3 - I reduce the number of tokens with the minus-sign to zero, but as I have not clicked on the "Apply to Cart", the price is still $7.19 => I click "Apply to Cart"
    Cart 4 - Tokens have been released and the price has returned to $11.99

    If one has tokens applied to a cart and one clears the cart, the tokens are automatically applied to what ever one puts next to the cart, even if they are free.

    Edit: You weren't being ignored, was checking to see if this was something that could be handled with a ticket or other. Does what ioonrxoon says apply to your situation or what PerttA says? As far as I can see, a ticket would be what we suggest.

    I purchased the '3 of 4' egg, but I also like to print the promo pages after my purchases for all items after the sale goes through and have done so for the other two. I went to check the other two 'eggs' and they are now inactive. I will continue to check throughout today, but is there any chance that DAZ will fix this? I tried by changing the '3-of-4' section but it did not work.

    Sorry things aren't working for you, but the only power we have is to send a message. Whether it is answered or not is another story. We don't ignore anyone. Just because your problem didn't get fixed in a timely manner doesn't mean you were being ignored nor is it our fault it didn't work. Put in a ticket and see what they will do for you.

    I too print each page (usually before purchase but sometimes after) so I can tell you that the product pages for the three eggs so far are identical except for the product name and the SKU. Since they were "today only" items I doubt they will return to the store.

    My understanding is there won't be any until all four in the series are collected. If you miss one no download.

    Yes, though it is possible there will be soem kind of catch up, possibly for a limited number of misses so I would say grab the items now even if you have already missed one (no, that isn't knowledge - but I think they have doen something like that in the past).

    The link on the main page is dropping the "https://www.daz3d.com/"; portion of the address. The store's link is still broke, but your address is working.

    The information is not available yet as far as I can see. People will have the ability to get the fourth egg until the end of the day.

    I don't know but I suspect the links won't be available until the 12th which would be 24 hrs after the fourth and last one became available

    Yes, at least till then end of April I think since you're supposed to get an extra freebie "if you get every egg in the month of April"

    If I'm reading this right a series consists of four eggs and the freebie is to be added the day after the series ends, not the events end

    Must collect all four Easter Eggs in the series to qualify
