    Tokens no longer discounting discount code items? Did previously for me and it doesn't mention so in the exclusion asterisk text on the tokens page.

     Some of the sales with a discount sale code state that it 'does not stack with other offers' ; so, the tokens do not apply to items in those sales.

    Sorry things aren't working for you, but the only power we have is to send a message. Whether it is answered or not is another story. We don't ignore anyone. Just because your problem didn't get fixed in a timely manner doesn't mean you were being ignored nor is it our fault it didn't work. Put in a ticket and see what they will do for you.

    Thank you, frank, but others have similar problems with the tokens. Maybe you should really ask if it's not too much trouble. Things like that don't make a good impression.

    Ok, Thx. I was asking it as I didn't see it in the DIM. If it's automatic we will probably see it in DAZ morning (6-7 hours from now), or there will be more questions like mine.

    They have only just 1 more hour to do it... (nothing in DIM) or they will do it later if they had meet technical difficulties :)

     Today is the day after and I don't have it yet.

    It is already the "day after the day after", and i still cant find nything new in my account product list. Anyone ?

    When was part 1 of the second egg made availble, i checked the store yesterday and it wasn't availble, today there is only part 2 availble? And I haven't recieved the first shader pack dispite having collected all parts.

    Just further confirming on my end... I have collected series 1 eggs 1-4 (+ series 2 eggs 1-2 so far) and see nothing in Install Manager or Central. 

     

    edit: @scorpio, I saw series 2 egg 1 yesterday... no idea why it wouldn't have shown up for you... that sucks...

    Part 1 of set 2 was in the MM sale yesterday.

    Got Daz+ and all 4 parts of the first freebie. It's 2 days after and I still didn't get any downloads for it. I'm guessing this will be sorted out eventually...

    Thank you. seems i did get it. but as i still, like others still dont have access to the promised shader set, i wonder if its worth the trouble of picking them up each day.

    FYI it looks like I have the shader in may account now and it's tagged as "Manually Added" so I guess if you don't have it yet then it should be there soon.
