    I'm disappointed with the latest Fugazi/Ironman realeases. They are among my favorites for environments but the promo shots for Old Home Bunker and Alchemist Lair are so dark I can't see anything. I know, it's realistic lighting, but forget realism, throw in some ghost lights so we can actually see what's in there. In addition, there is no promo shot of the props. I sometimes buy an environment for the props alone, but not if can't see them. I probably would buy one or both if they had better promo shots, but not like this.

    usng MS Edge you can right click the images and edit them...crank up the brightness, etc. It looks quite decent that way.  You can copy and paste in an image editor and do the same if you dont use Edge. Sure, its work that we shouldn't need to do, but if interested in the product, a solution. It would be good to have all the props shown in a couple images though.

    I don't usually complain about sales, but the FUNFRIDAY banner is completely misleading (again). No where does it say it is for DAZ+ members, or that it can't be used on new items or that I have to use it on specific selections. I was hoping to get some more G9 items, but I guess not. BTW I corrected the banner.

    If you clicked on the banner, it took you to the selection of items that the promo was good for. 

    But it is like the core character savings each week.  The promo did not state save on future character bundles when you bought the previous week's core character, but that is what was done.  It said save on each character release when you buy the previous week's core character.  Many of us thought that meant on the characters not just their bundles.

    I'm having issues with the FUNFRIDAY coupon. Earlier it worked and applied to 10 items, Now as I'm removing things from the cart, it's only 4, even though I have the same new items in the cart. I've only removed excess items from the 2.99 sale category because you can use the coupon twice and I was going to buy a second round.. Anyone else experiencing this?

    G 8/8.1 core characters and HD add-on's for 4.99, that's a decent deal! Too bad none of the ones I really want (and don't already have) are amongst the selection.

    Going back and forth on Kola. He looks pretty good in some promos and rather meh in others...

    I cases like that, I check gallery entries and what other users have done with the model. Sometimes it gives me a better idea than promo pictures.

    I'm currently leaning no. I've just recently bought several black male characters.

    I can relate. When I hesitate, I rely heavily on what the gallery shows me, so if there aren't any pictures there, I usually go "no" as well.

    I do it whenever I'm on the fence or feel like promo pictures don't show something clearly enough.

    ...I do that routinely to not only see how an item is used but how it looks in different light settings.

    I finally get a worthwhile lightning deal - Staff Picks International Women at 96% off (must have stacked with some other offer going on and maybe Daz+ too?) - but I've already got 5/8 of the characters. I swear I've the worst luck. Most other offers have been silly things like texture add-ons for a clothing item I don't have on a generation I don't have any other content or characters for!

    Me too. Almost all really old V4 stuff that I didn't even want back when I was using V4 and Poser. I'm rarely offered anything newer than G2 stuff, mostly REALLY old products, often even V3 and earlier!

    as noted in the lightning deals thread I finally got a hit  with a G8 bundle but otherwise 98% off a texture of something I don't own is not impressive

    I think it was a flat 96% off as it doesn't appear to have the "pay x per unowned item" trigger on it. It was 96% without putting it in my cart too. $9 something for 3 characters I didn't want, so I passed, but that would've been a great deal for someone who didn't have any or most of the characters.

    I have gotten 1 or 2 starter bundles for G8 figures in my offers, but I've never bought core figure bundles (too many things I won't use). Last night I had just the Kanade 8 figure, but I have never been interested in her or any other fairy or anime figure. There was one SF environment I seriously considered because it was very discounted and I do SF, but I ultimately decided it didn't really fit my style.

    So all of those were a pass. :(

    And none of the core figures I do want are in today's new promos. Oh well...
