    That is a common error and when that happens one should report it in the Sales reporting thread or file a ticket, so that it can be fixed.

    It is not intentional; but it is a known error that may occur. You can file a help ticket with CS and show the cart before discount and the cart after reduced discount to request a refund of the missing portion.

    Thanks for the Mei Lin bundle tip! Other freebies include the G2 Hi-lo dress and the add-on textures. I considered buying them in a sale recently - they'd been in my wishlist for ages - but didn't. Now I am glad I held off longer.

    Update on my May 4th coupon buying. I was able to get a bit more than I planned due to tax refund. Not a lot more because we needed most to go ahead with some repairs we'd been putting off on our non-virtual vehicles.

    I am pretty sure I had a few tokens to expire in the next few days (I will still learn to print everything...) but no tokens are shown to be added to my cart now. Did I miss something in the rules or should I check with support?

    This is what I see, Richard. It counts the new tokens, but the old tokens (which I'd swear I had) seem gone. 

    I know some tokens expired yesterday, but not all, according to what I saw in the black board before the information disappeared.

    I went to look into the token issue to make sure I should have some.

    1. I got 10 new tokens from a purchase on the 3rd (4 days ago).
    2. My most recent purchase used 8 tokens and generated none.
    3. Therefore, even if those 8 tokens were from these 10 and not from previous purchases, there should be at least 2 tokens left to expire today.

    So, I think there should be from 2 to 10 tokens left, but if I won't make any purchases today, it makes no difference; they would have expired. Having tokens would increase my interest, but If I still buy anything today, I'll contact support for a retroactive fix or explanation.

    If it said the coupons expre Saturday May 6 at 0600 UTC time that is the same as expiring at DAZ  midnight Friday night.

    Hello, Charlie,

    Please, do correct me if I am wrong, but https://www.daz3d.com/daz-tokens says "They expire after 4 days". A purchase on the 3rd should make tokens good until the end of the 6th, shouldn't it?

    3rd (1 day), 4th (2 days), 5th (3 days), 6th (4 days).

    "After" 4 days is after the 6th, isn't it?

    My cart today shows no tokens available, so there is no "tokens expire on..." message, but I think there should be at least 2 tokens, as per my previous message.

    There was an issue with spurious coins being added and then causing confusion when they "expired" - it was fixed, but you would still have had the spurious coins if you were affected. It's probably worth opening a support ticket so they can make sure you didn't lose anything you should have had.

    Have you cleared your cart to make purchases of free items or gift cards?

    Clearing the cart does not remove the tokens being applied, and they are automatically applied to whatever one buys the next, even if it's a free item or gift card.

    I saw the same thing early this morning ... with the items in my cart I could see the same item was part of two different sales (I think today and a few days ago with Nathan) so they may be interfering with each other. Beyond that, I do not know. I am still deciding whether or not to try and make a serious cart yet.

    $4.66 is the price with 8 tokens used. 7.77$ is the actual price. I see atm the correct price in the shop and (with tokens activated) the 4.66 in the cart. So maybe it was a glitch now corrected.

    I made sure to turn off all coupons, tokens, etc before screenshotting the cart (plus, I don't even have 8 tokens...)

    I meant a glitch in the store. With you the $4.66 where at the store and not in the cart, so 8 tokens wouldn't have helped here to change that. I quite often experience wrong prices in the shop, especially when a new sale begins. But most often, the prices in the cart are the correct ones. Anyway, by now the issue seems to have been fixed.

    Apparently items in https://www.daz3d.com/style-avenue -> https://www.daz3d.com/extra-elevated-artists went up in price...
    For example KuJ Lighthouse went from $7.18 to $11.97

    I coulda sworn some Emrys/Daz Originals characters were 72% off this morning, now they are 58%.

    Tyr, Melyen, Moryen, Taurus, and Tate are the ones I noticed.

    Did anybody else see that, or is my mind playing tricks on me?

    Yeah... I had a $60 cart and I was just waiting if there was anything good coming up on the next Lightning Deal and sometime between noon and 2PM DazTime, the cart went up to over $80
