    Also affected by this. Bough Julia 9 bundles on 13th !

     

    Correction I am in fact not getting any bonus at all. None of the items go down to 3.99, despite buying Julia 9 bundles (with additional items) on 13th.

    We are waiting on one more moderator to test as the others have not bought in the three days. You can still put in a ticket as well.

    Good morning Chris. It's 3.56am here. Up with a post-surgery 10 month old puppy. With one eye open, I found this screenshot and can confirm the 3.99 is not populating. On the 13th I bought two new items, the first being the 'Still Mad' Toon Horse. The screen shot of part of the order from two days ago is attached. Hope it helps.

    This was fixed by Darth Sleepless, it seems to be working now.

    The way it worked for me for the whole Madness (and what made me spend less when I realized it) is that you have to buy an actual featured new release to get 3 days of grab bag discounts. Still Mads only counted for the particular day at which you bought them. If the Toon Horse was still mad on the 13th, that would have given you grab bags only for the day.

    The DD PBR Metal Grille Shaders for Iray Vol 1 finally turned up in my account earlier today! - "manually added". Thank you.

    I wonder if this will happen again with the GN Lora Hair for Genesis 9...

    Sigh.. Just seeing the "GN Lora Hair for Genesis 9 - 4 of 4 - inactive" for me, same on incognito and even on a different browser. Clicking it just leads to the "oops!" 404 page. Smh.

    It won't add it to the cart for me, it just gets stuck on the loading animation and won't stop. And that's in both Firefox and Chrome. Edit: it finally did, but it took several attempts.

    Must be Schrodinger's bikini. It loads for a millisecond when I load the shop page, but there's nothing clickable to put it in my cart. And then it disappears again.

    I don't see the item on the sale page, only the blurb about the easter eggs.

    We are definitely "hopeful" they learned from this fiasco.

    "Daz Easter Egg - X Fashion Sport Swimsuit and Bikini Set for Genesis 9 - 1 of 4" never showed for me in the store to be able to "purchase" it.  I bought stuff that day, but that Easter Egg piece did not show up from multiple browsers and devices for me.  Has many other folks had that problem?  I put in a ticket about it today.

    The link for 1 of 4 was posted in one of these forum posts because yes, many people had that same problem. Putting in a ticket was a good idea, hope they honour the request.
