fantastic, that was my number one request as well!
My apologizes if this has already been discussed, but I don't seem to be able to set a notification for when a product drops below a certain price. I am using a Chrome based browser. This was one of the many features I used quite a bit.
What exactly is the problem?
You need to be signed up for notifications, you need to have your details entered on the addon's options page, and you need to have price history enabled. Then visit the product you would like to set up the notification for, click "Click to set individual notification" right under the price history, set the price you want, and click "Set notification" next to the input box. The notification is not set up.
Or you can use the general wishlist notification: put the item on your wishlist, and set the minimum discount percentage. In this case, it needs to be a percentage. For individual products, they need to be a set price.
Over the last couple of weeks, I have finished migrating all our notification emails to a newly added server.

How do you use the "Selected" function in the Gallery Notifications section? I can't see any way to add an item to the Notification Items list.
Hmm. Good catch. That third of the feature seems to have broken at some point. For now, keep it at "All" or "Off" (or disable). Watch this thread for updates—I've made a note to myself to take a look at this.
I have read back quite a way but can't see an update on this. Is there a way to get the basic plugin store filters to work in Edge (Chromium)? They work in Firefox but having to open Firefox to use that function every time is a pain. (I know, I know, just swap browsers but there are other reasons I use Edge as the main browser).

I just want to ask about the "Only show owned" feature on the search page. Will it come back?
I read above that you will wait for the search page to settle before adding the feature back, but since the last post is from 2020, I'm wondering if there is any update to this.

The search page still keeps changing (it's getting a lot better!), so we'd rather not touch that just yet.
Does it work yet for any browsers in iOS? I know it doesn’t work in Safari, but does it work in any other browsers? I do most of my shopping on my iPad...
Have you entered your passcode?
Hit the Daz-Deals Options button, then go into Email Notifications and check that you've entered your passcode.
That's what tripped me up when I switched browsers
Failing that try Options and make sure that "Show filter for wishlisted and owned items + "% off" sort filter" is ticked
Thanks for the feedback, I have both of those active. I've just gone back in and pressed 'Save' again just to make sure they had taken but no difference.
Daz Deals still don't work for me in Chrome, unless I uninstall-reinstall it every time :( (I'm guessing that whatever causing that hasn't been found, but I still hope it will happen soon :) )
I've been having the same issue for a while now. Unfortunate because it's an amazing extension.
Anyone else having problem with multiple wishlists in Chrome? Currently running v92.0.4515.131 and I don't have a comments field on the wishlist page. I've been running the addon for a few weeks for the price tracker, but wanted to try out multiple wishlists. The option was already checked, but my wishlist only has the remove from wishlist button. I tried unchecking the multiple wishlist option and re-checking without success. I also followed the steps below to reinstall the addin in Chrome with no luck. Tips?
Can't say anything about the notifications as I don't use that myself, but Chrome has acted oddly with the Daz Deals for quite a while now. For some of usi t works, for some others parts of the add on is broken and parts are working.
The odd thing is that it's often different parts of the add on that is broken/works for different people. And I know they have been working on trying to find the problem for a while, but I'm guessing it hasn't been wanted to be found yet :)
Multiple wishlists went away when DAZ redid the store software - which also removed the comments field from wishlist items. So it's not just Chrome, but it's a store thing.
The current multiple wishlist feature relied on the store's comment system, which got removed with the store changeover. We're redoing that part, but that means having to add our own comment system, which will be a tad bit different—specific to the addon's requirements.
This is just a feature idea that could be useful if it's possible. When you mouse over the price history graph to see what past prices were, could it also include the percentage of the discount for quick reference?
Is the product gallery-pictures feature broken for anyone else but me? They all show up as the tiny broken-link image, and clicking one of them takes me to a trending-images page instead, I've been assuming the products gallery-pictures feature broke when they redid the gallery page system, but I'd have figured the pluggin would have switched to the new system by now.
We did change the plugin for the new gallery, and it's working fine for me. All the breadcrumb images are there, and the links take me to the correct image in the gallery. Are you using the latest version of the plugin?
@Ati has there been any hint on what is causing the add on to not work in Chrome? I still have that problem that it only fully works if I uninstall/reinstall and I have to do that every time :(
Not much, unfortunately. @Overdrawn has been able to reproduce the error (ie: it finally broke for him, too); it's still fully working for me. With the assumption that Chrome is secretly trying to do some optimization in the background, what we're currently doing is rewrite major parts of the addon for speed improvements, and keep our fingers crossed that Chrome will not start acting on its own after this.
I am on version 2.5.1 on Opera. The pluggin IS supposed to auto-update itself as soon as a new version comes up, right? At least, that was my understanding that it did. 0o
Hi @Ati and @Overdrawn when I came to the store today everything (so far atleast) seems to have started to work as it did before, whatever you guys did seems to have worked for me atleast. Just wanted to let you guys know and many thanks! *happy smile*
For some reason I have stopped receiving emails from Ati's add on. I checked that they were activated yesterday but I still didn't get any emails today.
