I am hating my pasta with chicken dinner and am wishing I ordered pizza instead but I already spent too much today which included eating lunch out with mum. Not saying I am complaining about treating mum out for lunch but I do not want to eat out and order pizza in the same day.
I had taco salad for lunch and that was good. Yummy to the tummy. I also bought some groceries which included fresh fruit and almond milk.
Where's the bosom on an almond?
not sure.
My roommate seems to be upset that I had some money today and spent it at dollar tree. I do not get her.
Milking an almond? That's just nuts.
Maybe she thought you were buying seeds to plant your own.
noise from the wind sounds so like zombie apoclypse moannnn
...yeah, but then they don't have that lovely clean glow.
If we carry this on any further we'll be milking this joke.
...add to the list Embarrass (Waupaca Co. WI).
There's also a Cape Disappointment here in Oregon which has a neat old Lighthouse
...can we get a better spell check that actually recognises words that are two and three letters long? Tired of seeing typos like "teh, "hte", "adn", "ahs" slip by after posting.
...what would you churn to get almond butter then?.
Morning. Flat batteries complaint. There is a tyre fire in some junk yard down the road fron where we are today, don't look like getting much work done iz real snokey and cough cough oscar mike golf thought those junkyard fires only happened in cartoons :)
Nut cream?
Not surprisingly a heavy water ice cube will sink in regular water. Also, a heavy water ice cube will not melt in ice cold regular water.
And although deuterium (one neutron in the hydrogen nucleus) is stable and is not radioactive, tritium (two neutrons in the hydrogen nucleus), is. But tritium's emits low energy particles and its half-life is something like 12 years so you have to look really really hard to see the glow. (Google is my friend and makes it really easy to be pedantic! )
Yea, only one more week (actually 8 days) to go before I get paid again. I might actually make it through the month without having to dip into savings again.
I did get a computer fix-it job and the guy gave me a big tip so that helped.
Love it when people show gratitude, money does actually talk :)
Yeah that was a complete blowout and wow, it really is real

Chuck Norris doesn't churn almonds he crushes them on his biceps
...just came back from the corner market after getting my Megabucks. The LED display for Powerball was blank. The shopkeep behind the counter said it was now up to 1.4$ billion he estimated that it could actually increase close to 2 Billion by Wednesdays draw.
Crikey that would help out a good sized city or even one of several states which are in debt.
I could buy the Green Bay Packers (1.375$ billion) were it not that the team is publicly owned.
May actually break down and buy a ticket before the rush.
If I win I think the first thing I'll do is get it all changed into nickels. Then I'd build a big cubical bin like this to keep them all in.
According to my calculations a cubic bin 108 feet on a side would be just a little bigger than necesary if the nickels were all stacked neatly in non-jumbled rows.
21.21mm x 21.21mm x 1.95mm = 877.23 cubic mm per nickel
877.23 cubic mm x 40 billion nickels = 35.9 trillion cubic mm
cube root of 35.9 trillion cubic mm = 32,738 mm = 30.738 meter bin side length = approx 108 feet.
Scrooge McDuck, eat your heart out.
...that would be 28,000,000,000 nickels weighing 140,000 metric tonnes which would be 308,648,000 pounds or about the full dry weight of one and half Nimitz Class aircraft carriers.
Not sure if the ever minted that many.
It would be more practical to dig a few hundred tons of nickel and copper up, sure there is some around here, it would cut out all the middlemen :)
what would the odds of winning be ?
Last time I heard, you had a better chance at being struck by lightning...while drowning. Or being hit with a meteor.
Dana
...I would say more like being struck by lightning and getting hit by a metor while drowning in the dogs' water bowl on a Tuesday during a new moon in a month that begins with "J".
I'm just wondering what the outcome would be if nobody ever won and the prize pool just kept going up, I guess someone has figured the odds of nobody winning, but would people stop playing or would the gave go on indefinitely from endless hope ?
I do not have a dog nor a dog's water bowl so I guess I will not win.
