    If DAZ wants me to pay with PayPal then please offer a gift card sale with a significant discount and I will purchase it with PayPal. But just making all purchases with PayPal may encounter problems with PayPal's screening algorithm's and definitely results in many small purchases which would have a higher transaction cost for DAZ than a single larger gift card purchase.

    I think the request is to ue PayPal rather than credit card, not to use PayPal only. I think the filtering issues have been with specific products - it's always possible that the GrabBag and other back-catalogue sales will show up issues with legacy content, but most store items probably sell often enough that we would know if there were currently filtering issues.

    But those are the conditions for the coupon. It doesn't say anything about the 10% giftcard bonus for using Paypal to buy something. Or does it say somewhere that the conditions are the same?

    Yes the Coupon code cannot be used on Gift Cards, but no such restriction is mentioned for the 10% store credit.

    I saw that about the coupon; but it leaves it unclear as to whether or not the 10% rebate credit will work with gift card purchases made with PayPal.

    I cant seem to remember all that clearly, but is it me, or is this year`s March Madness sales a lot more underwhelming than previous year`s sales?

    I could swear that past years had more enticing sales.

    Last year's sale was fairly underwhelming. This year is difficult to really judge because many of the sale items are for G9 at a time when G9 is still very new and most of us are either just getting into it or are still primarily using G8/G3 stuff. So March Madness 2023 might be more "mad" for anyone going in whole-hog on the Genesis 9 new releases.

    ...every time I open another page on one of the sales id a bunch of swirlies.  I have a 200 mbps connection (which should be more than enough to get a page to load properly), as well as cleared browser and image cache and it still happens  This is also a real pain if you use a filter like Price High to Low (which I do to get all the bundles out of the way or Newest First (to put all the G9 stuff up front so I can  page past it) as every time I move to the next page, there are more swirlies (and refreshing the page to get rid of them takes you  back to the top of the first page as well as resets all filters to default).

    Difficult enough to slog through several pages (sometimes dozens) to find something worth purchasing.

    Not worth the frustration., as like the one thread says there will always be another sale (just would like it to be a "plain old sale" without a bunch of gimmicks or strings attached to get discounts or deals).

    Also not interested in PayPal not only due to issues others have but again apparently there was another spate of hacking (I closed my PayPal account after a hacking incident that involved using it for purchases on eBay years ago).

    I'm assuming you are talking about something recent, January I think.  PayPal itself was not hacked.  It was a result of another site's database being hacked and then the  hackers used the data they got to do a brute force comparison and because there are still a stupid number of peopel still using the same passwords at many sites, they got into those people's accounts at PayPal.  PayPal itself was not breached.

    when did we call it "March-mehness" the first time? Feels like it was ages ago... but yeah, this year due to the linking of sales to mostly G9 new items the motivation to buy anything might be even lower then previously for some people, me included.

    Two new products for half a dollar with purchase, and I'm not even willing to put one in the cart. The Genesis 9 Base figure makes an uninspiring promo model, and the promos for VYK Loey look more like submissions to a render contest than demos of a character. It's like the idea was to hide rather than show the character.

    PAYFORWARD30 deal.

    I spent about $20 with paypal and the discount code to pick up more V4 stuff that's usually not in the $1.99 - $2.99 range (if that's still a thing) for $2.64 to $3.33 (something like that). So my understanding is I'll get $2 in bonuses on tuesday.

    Did anyone go large on this deal? If so make me envious with your massive free bonus amount laugh

    ...meh, just gave up on buying anything Sunday. All the swirlies made slogging through pages and pages of items unbearable and using filters worthless..

    Also the discounts not as good (which tends to be the usual case on Ketchup Sales) is also discouraging.  Wasn't going to go though the hoops of creating a new PayPal account just for a little extra discount

    This has to be the worst MM I've been involved in as you now need 2+ new releases to unlock  an extra 5%, 10% or "special deal" which just isn't worth it unless one has deep pockets to make the extra cost worth it

     I'm not sure what stipulations you are refering to. I used the coupon code yesterday and purchased the items with PayPal (instead of store credit) in order to get the store credit. Does it mean that I won't be getting any store credit for the order of individual items I already purchased with the coupon?
