    Getting the same problem ....

    This is almost certainly your browser being set to block certain kinds of content it considers "tracking content." I keep Firefox set on Kill when it comes to this stuff, and I had to allow a specific exception for Daz pages because of this. In Firefox click on the little shield on the URL line and it will give you some options. I don't know how to deal with it in Chrome because Chrome is not allowed on any of my systems.

    First I deactivated my add blocker - does not help

    But disable enchanced tracking protection did the trick!

    wich leads me to the question why is there tracking at all?

    Zendesk is a separate site from Daz, so there needs to be some way for Daz to validate the Zendesk sign in - that may look like tracking to the protection tool, even though it is used only by the two sites to talk to each other.

There is actually an invisible-to-the-user redirect and return; the sign-on takes place in Zendesk, not on Daz's pages, and the cross-platform information that has to pass between Daz and Zendesk looks like a tracking cookie to the browser (and, essentially, is--just a benign one.)

    Is something wrong with the store? I just tried purchasing something from the DFAD sale with store credit and instead of going through it just said "processing..." 

    when I go to my orders it says that there's been a delay with my payment processor. But I'm using store credit so Daz IS my payment processor 

    I also keep getting this weird overlay on the forum pages from Cloudflare that says "sorry you have been blocked." Doesn't seem to actually block anything, just makes it impossible to see half the page. Also only happens in the forums not in the store. 

    The only thing different that I'm doing is accessing the store on my iPad because my computer is still packed after a move.

    EDIT: huh. Well the Cloudflare thing at least seems to be limited to the Brave browser. I went into the forums on Opera and the overlay hasn't happened again yet. No idea why; they're both Chromium based

     Checking out has been acting up for quite a while, usually after "Proceed to Purchase" I need to come back to the cart one more time, before it lets me to proceed. Usually the process stops at "Loading information"

    What's going on with "dForce Rocker for Genesis 8 and 8.1 Females"?

    Was adding stuff to my cart, when I saw it changed to "Inactive" and the link to the product page leads to "Oops"

    Looks to have been removed from the promo page too, though it will of curse [I am letting that typo stand] still be in the newsletters that had already been sent.

    It would be nice if they would give some explanation, is the product going to be available later or gone for good.

     As it was one of the two items I wanted, cleared the cart and saved 100% of store credit.

    I am having an issue with the current Sale (6/17/2023). Simple Outdoor Patio Lounge is listed in the "Double Discount Daz Originals" section of the sale but the additional discount is not being applied to it when viewed in my cart.

    Forgot to post this over here.

    Aiko 8 is in the Grab N Go for $4.99, but is also in Daz+ for a Day at $5.99, and at $3.99 if you are a Daz+ member and "you buy any Debut New, Still New, or Spotlight Release over $1"

    Unfortunately, because Aiko is in the Grab N Go, it appears that the cart automatically defaults to the $4.99 price, even if you meet the conditions of Daz+ for a Day and can buy her at $3.99

    Probably not even worth filing a ticket, just kinda sloppy.

    Hi y'all, the DAZ+ double discount for the Olympia expressions spotlight doesn't work, in cart it only goes down to 3.08 for me although it should be something around 2.40. Please fix, thanks!

    It looks like daz has the price at 3.08 with the double discount and a second spotlight in the cart. With one spotlight, it's 3.42.

    The current flash sale lists Herschel Hofmeyer's shop at 60%. This seems to only apply on certain items, not the whole shop as the ad suggests. E.g. https://www.daz3d.com/hh-belle-for-genesis-9 is defiently Herschel, but not discounted.

    I've noticed that throughout this sale G9 items have not been on sale, kinda odd to me.

    They have changed the wording on the Summer Sale page, and it changes what is being said.

    To me, it means that if I buy two Debut New Releases and two Still New Releases, I should get TWO free gifts, but I only get one

    Rebuilt your cart. Try dumping and rebuilding the cart. Otherwise, may need a ticket.

    So 8 tokens that I had earned on Sunday suddenly disappeared.  By my count, 4 days would be Thursday...

    I submitted a ticket, is anyone else seeing this issue this morning?

    Also, I could not log in to the Zendesk/Help Center normally using the 'login' button.  I did a workaround by clicking the 'PA Support' button which then allowed me to login, but I'm not a PA so I couldn't access the tickets system, but by then backing out and re-loading the zendesk support page, I was then detected as logged in and was able to access the ticket system from there.  Seems to be a glitch or two at work here...
