Wow Hacsart what an amazing render of that vintage bike, I must say I am kinda a bike freak and love making renders with all sorts of different styles of bike.

My most fav bike in real life is the Harley of course!!

    Remember this one?

OMG yessssssss, I so love coppers so slick and smooth riding!!

Well.. a rigid rear end isn;t so bad if you have a nice wide tire, and keep the pressure a tad low, a bit of a bounce and kick out of the back end over railroad crossings, though..  Extende and raked front end? terrible unless you're going in a straight line at a decent speed. They flop and wobble something ferocious at low speeds and in traffic.. Nah, Choppers may lookreally  cool, but a bobber is a far better bike in most daily riding situations.. (and those choppers with no front brake? insane..and deadly..)

  • When I was a kid I had a cousin give me his old flathead with a massively extended front end on it took a major sized parking lot to turn the thing and making corners you had to pretend it was a semi with tandem trailers

Ah! But in reality, she is sitting on the top boot!

Speking of the Anisko Vintage Mototcycle.. was playing around looking at making up some period tank graphics.. Has anyone else noticed that the stock art deco logos do not map correctly (flipped) on the left side of the tank? Couple that with the oval wheels, just sayin...

It really kind of makes you wonder, is DAZ trying to release too much too fast and losing site of a small little thing known as, "Quality Control"?

Has anyone actually mentioned this to DAZ3D?  They can't read minds.  And I doubt they read this thread looking for complaints about products.  Maybe something would be done about it if they knew it was a problem.

My friends would disagree with that statement  @hacsart.

They have been driving their Choppers for more then 10 yrs now and they handle great around town here.

Well.. I always thought choppers to be ill  handling beasts back in the day.. and yes, I did actually run one back in the day..chopped WLA, raked out and with a 12 inch extension.. sold it pretty darn quick, hated it..next Harley was my bobbed ULH , and my last Harley was a KHK, mildly chopped, but with stock forks..

If your mates can run their choppers well, then more power to them, just not my cup O’tea ..

now sidecars... there’s a different animal to ride..

What’s a Lada? Russian compact sedan,  based on a Fiat..rather agricultural, but one Of the best winter cars I ever had..

Lol very popular car here in Finland I can tell you. Never had one myself but some of my friends had those, and you could always rely on them starting when temperature went below -30 (that's celsius).

Indeed.. I used to use the crank to turn it over before startin when it hit -40C or so..

I would assume that is what the support department is for, I'm sure that most anyone who has had problems with any given item they have purchased, they can usually get it resolved, I know when I had problems with a coouple of previous items I purchased, DAZ was very quick to help with the situation, so that isn't really the issue, the issue now, it seems with all these "daily" released, and there seems to be a ton of them on a daily basis, it appears they are letting QC slide a little on some things, I didn't even notice the problems with the motorcycle until Hacsart mentioned them himself, but I have noticed there seems to be an assembly line process to getting some of this stuff to market before its really ready.

Here is an excellent model of the Ford Mustang GT I found at http://www.dmi-3d.net/modelscar14.html.

I chose to use a white mother-of-pearl paint giving it the rose color tint.

    The scenery is from http://noemotionhdrs.net/hdrs.

    Paint for DAZ studio iRay

    iRay Glass

uber iRay for the chrome and other metal finishes

No post work. No lights, just the HDRI

Rickwesh.. no arguments on a hard tail. With good seat springs and a properly set up rear tire they were pretty good.. if I was building a bobber today, it’d be a hard tail..
