Owen goes diving! I had to try to kitbash some gear for him, since most of the diving gear belongs to Victoria- And I don't own the recent stuff.

Oh man, this bums me out. I never noticed this before... But
If you buy the Army uniform texture expansions for Genesis 3 figures they are different by gender. So it is impossible to make your characters of different genders wear the same uniform so as to be part of the same unit. Ughhh... And Ugh... It would be one thing if the textures were interchangeable but they are not.

Well that's super disappointing. The female ones are more pastels. Why would they feel a need to gender military uniform textures? That's so dumb.
The female textures are pastel the legs of the pants also tuck in differently on the woman as the tuck is much higher and the female shirt has more of a fitted quality with baked in wrinkles. The fit looks like a different uniform.... ugh..... why

This was just released at Rendo. Its a superhero knockoff costume for Genesis 8 male... And yes... Finally other stores are making stuff for Genesis 8 male which is good since there is a lack of Gen 8 male content sold here for some reason.
It looks pretty good and has kitbashing capabilities. Dawin's Giuseppe is wearing it. Giueseppe is pumped a bit more than default.

Yeah, and its only 6 bucks right now. It has other colors too. Surprised this vendor is not snapped up by DAZ. Its a fine piece of work.
Is the lightning bolt insignia modeled or is it only in the texture?
Unfortunately, that is the only negative. The lightning bolt and the trim are modeled on and the same mat zone. I wish the lightning bolt was optional and a different zone. Fortunately it is small and a bit of Photoshop will remove it. You could probably create a separate zone for the lightning bolt as well as there is texture beneath.

The fish are safe, Owen only hunts aliens which is why he is down there exploring the space wreck

Okay, here I attempted to portray Boyd in his body liberated state, accompanied by a somewhat younger-looking Owen. This was hard to do because, well, brains with cybernetic parts that don't look necrotic are kind of hard to come by.
As you can see before receiving his new body he is just a brain in a tank. In this case, he is V4's brain in a tank. SHH don't tell. He looks bigger because of the distortion of the glass. I even shrunk it down a bit, since he looked kind of huge in there
Body liberated brains are highly prized combatants because they operate the robotic and mechanized equipment that the power Earth's defenses. One educated and sklled liberated brain can run a base, or a starship, or the heavy mechanized war machines the military needs to fight against the aliens.
They don't like to be ogled at or looked at by stangers, as they are what they are... Tanked brains with cybernetic inputs to keep them powered and fed for centuries.
Boyd is super outgoing so this retiscence to show himself to Owen is uncharacteristic and speaks of his growing affection for Owen.
Owen agrees not to look at him directly for the duration of his guard duty in the lab. Owen providing him some basic human dignity is enough for Boyd to overcome his reticience to be seen....

@ Darwin's Mishap I thought so too. Giueseppe has a great face which really lends itself to the mask and costume! Very chiselled looking.
@Barbult. Thanks for your kind words. I've never done a Boyd image where he is in his former state. So finding enough items to kitbash together was a happy circumstance.
