...heh, always spelled it that way. Most of my software that supports alternate dictionaries is set to UK English.

    1. Did you install the previous version via the DIM? I did.
    2. If you look under Settings(the gear)/Applications in DIM, what do you see? See image below - this is what I see.
    3. Does your computer really use the British spelling for "program"? (not essential to answer :) )

I can't guarantee results, but I can tell you that this worked for me. I have used the DIM to install 2 previous versions of 4.5+. In each instance the earlier version was replaced successfully and this time was no exception.

I better try to get it off of the disc. The pudding is now dried on it which will make it a tad hard to remove. Any ideas of how to remove dried pudding from a disc. It is only on one size and that is the label but not on the read write area.
"Chocolate pudding can be removed from a compact disc by one of the following methods:
    1. Hammer and chisel
    2. Belt sander" - The Bad Advice Handbook

Sounds like it would be a funny read, that handbook. ;-)

...yes it shows the same, but don't I have to specify the install path like I do with DS and Ps content or does it automatically know where to install the update (and dos it uninstall the previous version beforehnd)?

Does your Settings/Installation pane in the DIM look like this? (The part about installing 64 bit and 32 bit programs)
When the new version installed to my computer it removed the old version and installed the new one. I am going by the fact that there is only one version of DS on my computer.

    ...yes.

There was someone on the update thread who mentioned that he ended up with two versions of 4.6 (both .1.17 and .1.33) in different locations in the same folder tree after installing which corrupted everything. That is why I held off installing until I could get this figured out.

The content management system and smart content for Sutdio 4 did not work on my computer if I installed in another folder or hard drive.

Right. I saw that too and it made me a bit uneasy as well, but there were reassurances from Admins and others so I took the risk.
I don't know why things glitched for that one user, I haven't seen a post from someone else who had a problem yet.

Yes, those appear to be "hard-wired" to only work with the C: drive.

It needs an up to date Browser that can read HTML 5

Safari does but functionality has changed the past couple of years....

Crikey, there were some neat designs from your neck of the woods.

Love the Goggo carryalls as well. Way cuter than the VW microbus.

Check out the Eureka sports volkswagon

...nice. Is that on the old air cooled chassis?

I still have a huge soft spot for the older styles though.

Getting on for fifty years old...
