I'm going to try to convince the boss to let me leave an hour early.. want to get chips and cheese dip, go home, drink beer, do wodka shots, listen to loud rock music, and chat online until I pass out (lol)!  Only way to spend the end of your last day of work... devillaugh

My brother and I did flu shots yesterday. Today we did pulled pork. Pork was better.

...rubbish.  Got an email about the release of Growing Up for G3F at a 50% discount, however, when I put it in my cart, I only get 30%.

My email says "up to 50% off". That would be if you have 5 punches.

...thank you.  Have zero of those.  Still getting it as I've been waiting for the update ever since G3F came out.

I need to play with my DAZ/Poser content again. It was fun. Everyone else in this thread is, but not me :<

Don't have space on my computer for all of it though, just a few favs if even that. I've been stashing the rest on my external storage though. Downside is I have to have it plugged in before I start Cinema, otherwise it complains about the missing runtime, and sometimes has me re-add it manually v_v

Doesn't seem like development on InterPoserPro is continuing either, which means there'll be no support for the new Runtime structure or weird DUF files :(  Far as I can tell, IPP and Poser Fusion are the only two plugins that work with DAZ/Poser content, and I haven't even looked into PF just yet. Most people preferred IPP over Poser Fusion - more features and better stability - but that was years ago when Cinema was still in R11.5 stages. Things change, maybe it's better now? I'd look into it if it can read DUF files. If not I'll just stick with IPP.

can you load FBX files ?

Yeah, though I've rarely done so. From what I remember there was something weak about C4D's FBX importing in earlier versions - though it was certainly better than its OBJ importing. What I liked about IPP was that it supported the Poses, Materials, and Morphs of DAZ and Poser content, so I could just click on a pose or material in the runtime browser and it'd swap to that just like in D|S or Carrara. A lot of that would be lost I imagine if I imported a saved out Collada or FBX file, though it's simple enough to swap materials myself and posing a rigged model manually isn't much trouble either  -  but the morphs are just a little trickier.

You have to dig into the save panel in studio and select the morphs you want, also the year FBX2011, FBX2012, and so on can make a huge difference to bones and poly flows sometimes :)

Drop cheekbones a little and round the jawline a bit, a wrinkle or two on the extreme edges of lips :)

I do not want to go to bed.   I want to stay up all night and play with my dollies.    But I might have to work on the register tomorrow so I need some sleep so I can keep the drawer straight.

rain is evaporating as soon as it hits the ground but think is just the quiet before whatever all those purple clouds have got stored up happens. There are a few wildfires around....

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. smiley

Finally, had our first significant snow this winter.  About 6 inches of the light fluffy stuff swept off my porch this morning, and it's still snowing, hard!  Buffalo still hasn't had 1/10th inch of snow yet, and they're 60 miles north of here.

Edited to correct the error above:  Buffalo DID get measurable snow last night.  Not much but it ended the no-snow record.
