Actually gone (no discount applied in cart) or not listed (in the graphic with locks/discounts)?
Adding one more. I had three punches yesterday, didn't buy anything yesterday, today no punches at all. As to whether it's a display error, couldn't begin to guess with the way sales work.
I also can't seem to get most of today's discounts to work on the Featured Artist sections, no matter what is in the cart. Lahr 9's "-72%" price does not change despite having many different coupons, cart combinations, etc. Maybe I'm putting the wrong combinations in, but followed the directions as best I can.
Yesterday (and all through the sale) I had three rewards at 35% off, forgot to check out, now have zero. This issue still hasn't been resolved?

The last time the holiday card appeared to be working was 23rd. I made no purchases on 24th but noticed it was zeroed out the 25th. I've since made a couple purchases ( small items etc. ) and that has not made any different to the card.
I've open a ticket but no reply, though I assume I thought they just fix it and then no reply is fine. Sucks that this happened this weekend but I kept waiting for it to be fixed but not yet.
I just got hit with the 3 yesterday down to zero myself. There goes my incentive.
No. I purchased something anyway and now, the next day, I have one back. So clearly all three were removed for missing one day.
same here. i had been very careful to buy at least one thing every day. yesterday i also put sth in my cart, but waiting for a possible better lightning deal... i fell asleep and forgot to compete the order. i had 3 punches, now i have zero.
EDIT: i controlled, and not only do i not see the graphics on the sales page, but i don't see them either on the cart page. HOWEVER - and i can't grasp this by myself since i'm almost dyscalculic - i tested/put the new stonemason's temple in my cart, and prices are following:
full price: $34.99 // -30% new release price: $24.49 // price in my cart: $19.59 44% Off ... would that correspond to an additional 20% holiday reward = 3 punches but 1 lost yesterday? meaning the GRAPHICS are wonky, but the punches/rewards work as intended?
or is there some other discount i'm not aware of mixed up in there?

I added the temple in my cart and I see my intended level of discount (30 % as a new release then 35 % for three punches as Daz+ member).
20 % is two punches, so it seems the system is working correctly for you, at least on the back-end side of things. Hopefully, they will be able to fix the front-end.
We have confirmed that this issue seems to be back so we contacted them. Stand by because we may need to get the stuff we requested the other day again. In the meantime, everyone add stuff to your cart and see if you are getting the discount anyway, please.
thanks for having a look too. i have issues with numbers already, and % are an unsolvable mystery for me past very simple basic straightforward calculations, usually per calculator when it's not round or 5 increments, and when it cumulates it makes non sense to me... i wouldn't even know what i'm supposed to type in the calculator lol. numbers are really not my thing, unlike languages

No, I have had 3 punches / 35% off since the 22nd and the graphic also shows it.
I was just giving a reference for those that don't know if they have 2 or 3 punches (with the graphic not showing it)

2023-11-28 - 2 punches showing and only 25% discount. Should be 3 punches / 35% discount. Bought the $2.99 item to make sure I don't lose any punches.
2023-11-27 - 1 punch showing and only 15% discount. Should be 2 punches. (It was the $2.99 item so I didn't bother asking CS to refund the difference.)
2023-11-26 - 0 punches. Lost all my punches due to missing a day. Asked CS to refund the difference and to fix the # of punches. (I wasn't sure if the punch promotion was about to end so I bought stuff.)
2023-11-26 - 0 punches. Lost all my punches due to missing a day. Bought the $2.99 item.
2023-11-24 - 3 punches.
2023-11-23 - 3 punches.
2023-11-22 - 2 punches.
2023-11-21 - 1 punch. It should have been 2 but I missed a purchase day and DAZ took all my punches. I didn't realize what was going on and made my purchase any way.

I think it's the graphics that are wonky. I had 3 rewards yesterday and bought with them. Today, it shows none. However, new releases in my cart that should be 30% off are showing 48%, which I think is correct for an additional 35%.
now this is very confusing!
yesterday, since i lost a punch the previous day, i only had 2 punches left. the graphics showed 0 punch, but the items were properly at 20% discounted (not daz+).
so i bought 1 item, still yesterday, which should have pushed me up back to 30%. right?
well this morning, the graphics showed 1 punch = 10%, and i tried out an item with originally no discount in my cart... which showed a 20% discount.

so not 30% as it should be since i earned it - and not 10% as shown by the punch graphics, which apparently have been "fixed" *cough*. WHYYY?
so, WHAT NOW??? am i supposed to accept 10% less discount? or wait again with occasional peeks on forum and cart until my lids fall at 2am for it to be REALLY fixed? or waste time thru all day reading posts with numbers trying to grasp the situation?
srsly, if you guys from sales stopped with the nonsense gamification and obnoxious, twisted, tangled, endless MALFUNCTIONING always changing but recurrent weird sales actions with points, rewards, punches, and intricated % interacting discounts, you would make your and our lives way simpler.
just add a unique straightforward discount for products/product categories/product selections - i've seen that on other sites, and guess what? it works.
if someone from the customers actually enjoy playing around with the daily sales game, raise your hand.
i won't. worse, sometimes, when i happen to have some $$ to buy stuff, those intricated sales actually put me off and i give up. or go somewhere else.
or i dunno, if you really love all the cute buttons and shiny graphics, go into game development, where the whole points is gamification.
To get the full 30% off today, one needs to have bought something over $1 on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

I bought something today and I don't have any punch, is it normal ?
Today I'm able to get the free item from the DAZ 2023 ADVENT CALENDAR altough it doesn't show any punches, see image attached.
So apparently I have some punches but they don't show. Could you please fix this.
I guess I could add an item to the cart and try to figure out the number of my punches as others in this thread did but the different ongoing discounts in the shop make this almost impossible.
I haven't seen that punches appear immediately.
If you should have punches and they just don't show, it seems to recognize the punches at cart level. I show one punch, but should have two. When I purchased tonight, I got a discount as if I had two punches.
Same than Lachi, no punches appearing and item is free.
ok. i see. this system is even more twisted as thought, takes not 1 but 2 days to get back to 30%, which doesn't seem very logical and even less customer-friendly. i interprete "if you miss 1 day you lose 1 punch" differently.
as i said, intricate and annoying. isn't the whole point of gamification to be FUN? i intended to buy sth every day, but omg i'm so sorry and ashamed, i dared to fall asleep ONCE before i finished the purchase procedure with my already loaded cart. my bad. apologies.
As there is no store-wide discount going on today, it's actually easy: you just have to add a non discounted product.
