    If I remove the last item in the cart (non-DO), the discount gets even less on the DO item, when no mention on the 'rules' about number of items from 'Luxury’ Featured Artist Stores affecting the amount of discount.

    Further testing proves that the the ‘Luxury’ New Releases have no effect on given discount for items in ‘Luxury’ Featured Artist, no matter if there is one, two or none at all, the discount for ‘Luxury’ Featured Artist stays the same.

    The only thing that does get bigger discount for items in ‘Luxury’ Featured Artist, is if one chooses two or three items from ‘Luxury’ Featured Artist, but that is not being said anywhere.

    All the items in the screenshots are from ‘Luxury’ Featured Artist, and there is nothing else on the cart.

    "Luxury" Featured Artist Stores is supposed to be 50%, 65% with any "Luxury" New Release and an extra 10% off if you buy 2+ plus "Luxury" New Releases, and is supposed to feature today's artists (eg, Nelmi, B.E.T.T.Y, etc). But the link takes you here:

    These items are not by these artists and not surprisingly don't obey the rules for the sale.

    If you literally look up the artist's stuff, you can find sale stuff that gets discounted, so it appears that the link is going to the wrong page.

    Nice catch, that adress links to ‘Spirit’ Featured Artist on https://www.daz3d.com/young-anime-heroes and works as the rules on that page say.

    So, what is the correct address for the ‘Luxury’ Featured Artist?

    It doesn't say once or twice per account and it has a buy in for pre iray gen2 or older products. Usually without buy in free items are limited, not deals you haver to pay for. But who knows with DAZ.

    It doesn't say once or twice per account and it has a buy in for pre iray gen2 or older products. Usually without buy in free items are limited, not deals you haver to pay for. But who knows with DAZ.

    What's up with tokens? My cart now says I have 5 available but if I try to apply them nothing discounts. Could some mod please get a clarification of the status of tokens. Thanks.

    Hey... Why are yours expiring in 2 days and 9 hours, mine says they will expire in 1 day and 9 hours... This isn't fair laugh

    We suspect that the item was mistakenly rotated into a lightning deal or the price glitched as the deals do not include freebies to the best of our knowledge.

    I didn't notice the icon, you're right, I have one set to expire today and 16 apparently (which is weird, as I only have 9 in total) set to expire next month.

    They couldn't get the countdown to work correctly when the tokens expired at the same time for everyone, now they expire at different times? So it's just buying whenever and hoping for the best?

    Mine shows 3 expiring in 13 hours, and the one I got today expiring May 2nd. The three can not be used but I figured they are ghosts from what I bought on Sunday.

    According to https://www.daz3d.com/daz-tokens the tokens expire after 4 days AND at midnight Sunday - might just be some disclaimer text left over from before?

    This appears to have resolved itself. After I made a purchase yesterday and used up my 8 tokens, the countdown row for the 13 tokens vanished and the new tokens have the correct countdown.

    Something with token expiration is not adding up. I had 8 tokens and just now only used two to make a purchase where I got three tokens. Now I have nine tokens. So far, so god but when I hover over the 'i' icon to get the expiration dates it says I have 8 tokens that expire on Tuesday and three that expire on Wednesday. That adds up to 11 tokens and not the nine I actually have.

    There is something fishy with the tokens...

    Yesterday, I had 3 ghost-tokens (from last sunday) reported to be expiring today (meaning the start of today) and the tokens could not be used.

    Then I made two purchases, one for $10 which gave me 1 token and an other for $30 that gave me 3 tokens. This morning (meaning 9PM to midnight DazTime) I still had 4 real tokens, but now I only have 1. Expiration of the non-usable ghost-tokens took out 3 of my real tokens.

    The information pop-up still says I have 4 tokens expiring May 2nd, but I only have 1 token I can use.

    Edit: Filed a ticket (no. 435527) and got an automated responce that it takes 3-4 business days to respond... So, the tokens will expire way before I get any response... Sigh...

    Yeah, this needs a fix. I have 8 tokens, but the pop-up says I have 16 set to expire.

    And the way they are again announcing the expiration date is highly misleading, at least for anyone on this side of the pond "Expiring on Tue, 02 May 2023" means they will expire during or at the end of Tue, 02 May 2023 - Not at the moment Tue, 02 May 2023 starts.

    This token thing keeps on changing it seems, I don't see anywhere mentioned that they end on Saturday anymore. Did that change as well?

    They expire daz midnight of the fourth day after purchase. We don't know how long they will be doing the tokens. CS should be able to work with you on the tokens even if they get back to you after they have expired.

    Everyone wanted the tokens to last a certain number of days so Daz went to this instead of it expiring at the same time for everyone. Now you have 4 days
