    That is made up of the Iray Skydome Superpack, and 4 different City Block sets, two of which are low poly sets.

    Yes, that is one of the best, most realistic, roads I've seen.  I suppose it's an HDRI?  GL?

    No, not really, the background is the Iray Skydome Superpak, and the forest and road and railroad is from 3DC and is available as a hemisphere set over at Renderosity. And I might add, is a Poser item.
