must be a winter cold day in Green Bay today.

lessee. got the TC converter working on the ice princess skin for M4. :) don't know what to do for his toasties though. maybe some torso skin on it?

i think DA lets us put toasties renders in our galleries with a flag o'course.

ready to tackle the lip line again. seeing if my old ver PS7 will let me make a 16K x 16K image, then i can shrink it to 4K and see if it makes subpixel painting.

omg, took out the garbage, my bubby howled and cried, made the upstairs lady come out. what is bubby thinking, like i was abandoning him?

Maybe he wasn't finished smelling the garbage. :)

...yeah, used to be a big family day when I was young.

The restaurant thing just doesn't work for me as I know nobody there, plus being unemployed really cannot afford it. Most of the GC store takeout dinners are made for a group rather than individual and just about as expensive as a restaurant (at least at the market down the street which is one of those expensive "natural" food marts)

    Tonight's dinner cost:

    Half pound of fish: 2.50$
Small Bag of Baby Carrots: 1.20$
    Large Potato: 75¢

Incidentals (spices, butter olive oil) insignificant expense.

Still have a half bottle of wine from a previous dinner. (≈ 3$)

    Total about 8$

Beats 18 - 20$ plus tip and bus fare (with lousy Sunday schedules) for a "traditional" dinner with one glass of wine.

Went to my Aunt's house for dinner, she made me leave with a plate for supper.

I tried to do an art last night.
All day I wanted to draw but couldn't muster up the will to plug my tablet in and do it, and finally near the end of the day I managed a quick five minute doodle before going back to playing Civilization :)

I think I did a fairly decent job, but really coulda done better - like if I spent longer drawing :P

    Perspective is great o/\o

    ....ah. Dinner is served.

Fish, potatoes, and carrots all came out perfect. The nice thing about doing a "non traditional" holiday dinner, took only a little over an hour rather than most of the day to prepare.

...2 skillets, a saucepan one plate and one place setting to wash up as well as no leftovers to deal with (or spoil).

Heck, could be worse, like a frozen turkey with mashed potato and stuffing TV Dinner and a can of cheap industrial beer (been there before).

i assume that you didn't put a turkey in the oven at 325 degrees for four hours. Cool.

    ...no way.

Actually the fish took the shortest time to cook as I use a superheated skillet to blacken the spices. . I slow roast the potatoes and slow cook the carrots.

went of on a silly tangent that wasted most my time.
Was impressed by the new Google Earth 3D model view so tried to investigate the world of GIS mapping and creating 3D models from Geospacially photographed terrains
got out of my depth very quickly :long:
    so back to polygon modelling,
I thought I could settle for Just doing Rundle Mall in Adelaide only to find it is not in street view so I need to go photograph all the buildings myself if I want to model it in Sketchup, that aint happening.
Google Map maker Building maker looked like a possibility but you need to submit them to Google Earth to do them, you cannot just blunder around modeling some yourself apparently.

I need to find some free GIS software. Thanks for reminding me.

On the topic of Hutts and 3D software - here is a screenshot of Star Wars: the old republic with low quality graphics. I'm lucky to get 15 FPS. The story for the bounty hunter / Imperial agent is fun.

    Nemro the Hutt on Hutta

edit: it is an old screenshot that I took before Bioware merged the servers. Today, there are about 85 players on Hutta instead of 45.

Complaint 1: Just updated Avast, and it automatically enabled its Firewall component. Screwed up a ton of stuff for some reason, and I can't figure out exactly what it's doing.

As long as I have it on, I can't access most webpages (DAZ, DeviantArt, FA, etc.) as they'll just time out instead, and I can't play Civilization IV multiplayer. I turn it off, and BOOM all those sites immediately start working again.

No idea what's making it be like this, and not sure what I should be looking into, but as long as it's acting like this I may as well just have it disabled =/

Complaint 2: Still sick, and am running out of herbal tea >_<

Worried Kinda Complaint: Getting back into Daz and torn over 4.2 or 3.0 deluxe. I'm use to one, but not the other. Also I worry that all my old content wont work with the newest Daz.

Complaint 2: I think all the script and cookie blocking addons I have for my browser, is making me overly paranoid. >_<

...ugh Magento was being a pain today Kept getting errors while trying to sign in

Anyway, cumin is also used in a lot of "south of the border" cooking, often combined with chili powder and other spices.

Also uses in Asian cookery, curries and such
