    Pros:

-Highly likely I'll be able to indulge in a little zBrush purchasing this weekend
    -Thanksgiving! :D
-I'm making some [slow] progress in some of my self-appointed goals :3
-Got refunded for the game I ordered not being able to be shipped.
    -Did an art for someone!

    Cons:
    -Still sick...
-Wasn't able to get that game I wanted.
-It didn't rain last night like I had hoped it would.

...really tired yesterday after returning from the shopping trip, went to bed early, finally got up at a decent hour.

Cold start to the day, 38° Going to get really cold by the middle of next week upper highs below freezing, with a low of 19° next Thursday (that's cold for here)

Feeling a bit better than the last several days though still a bit congested and still coughing (however not as bad as yesterday). Don't have to go anywhere today which is good.

Decided on fish, roasted potatoes, and baby carrots for dinner tonight.

    ...T-Day Complaint:

Green Bay's Defence looking terrible again. Twice Detroit marched right down the field like a hot knife through butter. Fortunately the fist time they fumbled (but Green bay couldn't even get to mid field and was force to punt) and the second time ended up kicking a field goal.

...yeah living by myself there is little point in buying a whole turkey and just getting part of one like a breast or leg isn't quite the same.

Also don't feel like spending most of the day cooking stuff up just for myself.

My sons were like that. Trouble was with them they were used to working in restaurants, and the Chefs and assistant chefs had KPs to clean up after them, so they tended to do the same at home, leave all the mess for the non existent KPs to clean up.

PS KPs is Kitchen Porters, which is what the non chef staff are called in British restaurants, the one who do the cleaning up and fill the dishwashers and sometimes peel the potatoes etc.

He even broke the drawer face off the cabinets. I had to go on a mad search of all my hardware to find bigger screws to put in it. But, on teh good side I've got the turkey in the roaster oven and the sweet potatoes in the slow cooker. Halfway there.

...yeah, used to be a big family day when I was young.

The restaurant thing just doesn't work for me as I know nobody there, plus being unemployed really cannot afford it. Most of the GC store takeout dinners are made for a group rather than individual and just about as expensive as a restaurant (at least at the market down the street which is one of those expensive "natural" food marts)

    Tonight's dinner cost:

    Half pound of fish: 2.50$
Small Bag of Baby Carrots: 1.20$
    Large Potato: 75¢

Incidentals (spices, butter olive oil) insignificant expense.

Still have a half bottle of wine from a previous dinner. (≈ 3$)

    Total about 8$

Beats 18 - 20$ plus tip and bus fare (with lousy Sunday schedules) for a "traditional" dinner with one glass of wine.

..the only turkey I see today is Green Bay's poor quality of play. While Detroit turned the ball over three times, we only have 10 points to show for it. were it not for a fumble that was recovered in the endzone for Green Bay for a touchdown , Detroit would be on top 17 - 3 as our offnce can't seem to move the ball more than ten yards before having to punt.

Meanwhile Detroit's offence is slicing and dicing through our defence like my character KK would do to the bad guys.

...yeah, Green Bay lost their another offensive lineman (meaning even less protection for the quarterback). They are playing with the fourth quarterback since the beginning of the month when Aaron Rodgers went down with an injury.

I think our defensive coordinator will be looking for a new job after this season as his defensive schemes have been pretty ineffective.

must be a winter cold day in Green Bay today.

lessee. got the TC converter working on the ice princess skin for M4. :) don't know what to do for his toasties though. maybe some torso skin on it?

i think DA lets us put toasties renders in our galleries with a flag o'course.

ready to tackle the lip line again. seeing if my old ver PS7 will let me make a 16K x 16K image, then i can shrink it to 4K and see if it makes subpixel painting.

omg, took out the garbage, my bubby howled and cried, made the upstairs lady come out. what is bubby thinking, like i was abandoning him?

must be a winter cold day in Green Bay today.

...it is, however the game is in Detroit and in one of those "indoor" climate controlled stadiums.

It's just that Green Bay that is playing "ice cold".

Lions just scored another touchdown, now 33 - 10, Detroit.

I think they may as well cash it in and not even put Rodgers back in for the rest of the season with the offensive line beat up as it is. Last thing Green Bay needs to occur is for him to get injured (possibly worse) again.

    -----

    Now 40 - 10, Detroit.

Guess I got my Turkey anyway, with the "stuffing" courtesy of the Detroit defence.

    Think I'll take a nap.
