    People are getting different results with the discounts (discussed on the sale thread and the actual sale itself thread) and the only ones I've really tested were the light products. They are discounting correctly. I've got a lot I haven't rendered with yet, but decided to pick up a few of the better known ones. (You can tell by the gallery entries.)

    My favourite freebies are the outfits made by Wilmap. The outfits in this image are the Polo shirt and Casual Pants for G3 Males and the Princess Line dress for G3 Female. Both come with a good selection of textures.  I used Legacy Uvs for Genesis 3-Victoria 6 to convert the FW Savannah texture to work with Eva 7.

    Okay, going through forum threads it's been posted already so here you go- get 84% off (up to 89% but those are rare)  If this is a glitch, you'd better hurry up since someone found it and couldn't resist posting about it.  (Edit- I notice a couple hours later they've edited the post but it's too late. And still left in the important details anyway.)

    Yeah, I couldn't believe I was passing up 84% items but I decided buying trees just to showcase them wasn't worth spending money on them (same with cave entrances.)  I still ended up trimming down over 30 items to get the ones below. Went mostly for skies and sets.

    Those outfits are quite lovely, as is the scene!

    L'Adair - wow, .... just, wow! What a cart! (Novica's too).

    I picked up four items plus a qualifier and got an average 75% off the cart. If only I could have afforded to add more. I'm now down to my last $15 in store credit and that is my June budget I've been spending already!

    I had to hang on to enough credit to find something to buy with the PC+ coupon which I've not used yet - really late this month, I rarely hang on to the coupons beyonf the middle of the month. But with these new sales tactics of (a) freebies with new Pro Bundles while being asked not to use coupons in those cases, and (b) those coupon-o-copia sales which uses up the one and only coupon slot on an order, I've not bought much I could use my PC+ coupons on. Annoyingly I used the $6 off $18 just yesterday - it would have given me so much more value today - but c'est la vie!

    Looks like the good stacking has gone :(  I just refreshed my cart and the discounts dropped from 84 to 60%. sigh..  Ah well, there's always another sale.

    ...About that STOREWIDE (excluding NEW & PC+ items) 60% sale:  Has anyone else experienced some items NOT DISCOUNTING?   3 or more items catalyzes the items to 60% is the deal, and that seems to be happening, mostly.  SOME ITEMS, random or arbitrary, who knows?! simply won't discount, and show the current start price both on the product page and in the cart no matter how many times I hard refresh, take in and out of cart, try different browsers or computers.  Examples: City Crib, NOT NEW and therefore valid for the deal since it debuted in Jan 2017, starts at 40% and stays there, no matter what. Contemporary Garage, debut Oct 2017, and CryptoAlien HD, debut Oct 2017, also start and stay at 40% and won't stack to 60% per the deal and like most other items in the STOREWIDE sale.   Several other items i tried likewise didn't discount either but I wasn't making notes of them- so after looking at soooo many products, who can remember which.    So, a little frustrating that some things I particularly thought to want were somehow "not included" in the SITEWIDE sale.  ; (            On a separate note, apparently todays shopping urges were "...brought to me by the Letter C!"   : )

    @genaris It is not truly STOREWIDE - some PAs are excluded.  If you put something in the cart from one of the listed PAs and one of the excluded PAs is also a contributing artist to the product, the sale does not seem to apply.

    Yep, due to the reason provided by Etamin. It really was challenging for some people to decide what would discount and what wouldn't, I mean no one has time to go down that artist list one by one. You simply had to just put things from your wishlist (that were discounting 40% off) in the cart and those should go to the 60% with three qualifying ones in the cart. So that's what I would recommend trying.

    THANK YOU, Etamin :)   yes, that explains why the items I tried did not work.  Apparently I'm the only person who thought the words "STORE-WIDE"  mean, you know, storewide, i.e., everything in the store except the New and PC+ items which were specifically noted.  Like Novica, faced with the page-long list of vendors my eyes glazed over, I naturally assumed it was (that "store-wide" thing again) everybody and just started running through my wishlist like a buzz-saw.  :)

    Now I got to get back to it: the Daz-day-end countdown Thunderdome-Cart: 39 may enter, but only ...?... can survive. ;)

    You seem to say that you have connected you monitor directly to the nVidia video card port and not the intel HD graphics video port. I attached example picture (found at another site) according to what I believe you said. Green would be your nVidea card.

    So if your video card drivers are OK and your monitor is hooked up to the correct port then that leaves something weird in in the way DS is opening scenes maybe?

    1) Did you configure DS to open the last scene file you edited when opening DS?

    2) Is DS configured to use iRay preview in the viewport by default?

    3) Did you configure DS to save in the scene file your previous render settings and video card preferences? If that is the case maybe the default video card that scene wants is the intel HD Graphics card, although honestly DAZ Studio should be about to handle it better than crashing.

    Tell us then, are you opening a scene automatically when DS is open or is it opening to a black scene (that's what I do). Have you got the viewport in iRay viewport mode?

    The computer BIOS might have an option on computer boot (esc or F2 or F1 or F12 typically to get to the bios before Windows starts booting) to turn off the builtin intel HD Graphics on your computer. If it is off then when you plug your monitor into that video port it shouldn't show any sort of picture.

    1) If none of those easy fixes work have you tried booting in Windows Safe Mode and starting DAZ Studio?

    The openGL/openCL drivers you ask about, well, the nVidia card has those also so you don't need to especially update the ones builtin to Windows for the intelHD Graphics which on your computer, being so new, wouldn't be needed to be updated for new drivers, even if they weren't the newest available. 

    Also this AMD64 that everybody thinks is something to do with AMD ATI  video cards is actually not anything to do with that but  that the 1st 64 bit kernels for the 8086 architecture were build for AMD CPUs and it's still stuck around something like 20 years later. The 1st 64 bit chip I can actually remember using at work though was a 64 bit chip DEC computer designed for their computers if I remember correctly. There were probably earlier 64 bit chips for other CPU architectures besides intel's 8086 as well.

    DS doesn't open at all. It stops as it is "building interface" and says Fatal Error.

    And I missed another great glitch and on my birthday! Since tech support has not helped at all in figuring out why I can't open DS, I really don't feel like spending money anyway.

    I am disappointed the others could not help you.

    Let me give you a short list to check so we can figure out where you are at.

    1) Make & Model of your computer and the HW used. eg, ASUS 5430 with i7-7400, 16GB RAM, nVidia 1070ti

    2) Do you remember if DAZ Studio was configured to open the last scene that you opened? Yes, No, or I don't remember.

    3) Do you have an AMD CPU? If you do you will not have an intel GPU. Skip step 4 if you have an AMD CPU.

    4) Do you have an intel CPU?

          a) If you have an intel CPU do you know if it is active? Test it by powering off, putting the monitor cable on the intel video port, and powering on. If you have your intel video active then when you power on your monitor show show Windows booting and being active.

              i) So, is your monitor showing Windows when it is pluggined into the video port for the intel video GPU? Yes, No, I don't know.

    Do those 4 steps. And let my know the answers and then I can try something that will actually help you tommorow. You can also PM me if you like because I don't check the forums all the time.

It's been several days since we addressed this (May 23 post) so it's starting to be spotty coverage with many pages/posts in-between. I wanted to see if my thread surfers could assist and they did, sorry we couldn't get it working.  I am appalled tech support hasn't CALLED YOU Alicia, and gotten this issue solved.  This is the Commons thread and it will also be seen by more people. Thanks nonsuch00 so much for lending your expertise, I wish I were more technically inclined but I'm a big zero when it comes to understanding how things work. :(

    Sumo Stable is in Fast Grab, in case you're looking for reduced price sets. A good variety of render opportunities with the inside and outside options. 

    I have to laugh, I always used to scroll to the end of the scrolling banners to get to Fast Grab instead of hitting the left (go back) from the Platinum Club scrolling banner icon. (You go past Freebies and there's Fast Grab. Both shown with just one click of that  <   on the banner.) Dummy me.

    Yeah, I saw that offered as one of the options. I just wanted to be more clear as to it being taken off the thread now and put in her main one. I sure hope your ideas help her, you're waaay above my skill level.
