    Wouldn't that lower the price in the cart instead of making it higher than advertised? The higher cart price is not something that started today. I submitted a ticket with two examples, but I didn't ask for a refund, because I just emptied the cart instead of buying them.

    And I already had the maximum number of Build Your Own items in the cart - Should not interfere.

    Looking at the product page incognito, shows no discounts in effect.

    Seems consistent to me that they say 84% off on the page but only 80% off in the cart. I checked the full cart and not just the pop up window too since I seem to recall the pop up window having some issue in the past few months. I don't care to buy anything I'm being offered at the moment, so not sure a sales ticket is appropriate.

    Whoa, where did my tokens go?

    Earlier today, I had 3 tokens (none due to expire soon). I made a purchase of $10.75. Now I have 1 token.

    My first thought was that I must have inadvertently applied my 3 tokens to the $10.75 purchase. However, checking the order info, there's no sign that any tokens were applied to the purchase.

    Raising this here (rather than filing a ticket) because although this isn't strictly a sale issue, if there's a glitch then it might affect others as well.

    Has anyone else seen token weirdness today?

    UPDATE: I looked back through my orders. I earned 3 tokens yesterday (so no chance that they expired), didn't spend them today, spent an additional $10.75 today, and now have just 1 token where I should have 4. I've filed a ticket, as I think this is a genuine issue. Keep an eye on your tokens.

    We are told this should be working from the next refresh (change of items, I assume) - I am not sure if it was the cart or the product pages that were wrong.

    The rotating banner post for 'New Charctaer Each Week (currently the last ad in the rotating banner) links to the render challenge forum post rather than details iof the promo. So there is no way to see the specifics of the offer such as how much discount to expect on the next character.

    I don't think it ever did specify the discount on the next, but we will flag it up.

    Still doesn't work if putting one of the Lightning Deals item on the cart, but when I put 3+ in the cart, I got the prices that were offered.
    Then I started removing them from the cart and when there was two left, the prices went up again.

    This behaviour (not getting the discount) has been happening before the BYO Fast Grab, and if the Fast Grab was interfering, we should be getting even better discounts than promised when 3+ items are in the cart.

    Not necessarily - if one discount were being outright replaced by a lesser discount, the final price would increase. And the problem from before isn't necessarily the same problem as now (considering Daz reported fixing something earlier).

    But I did check just now, since I had a moment - putting a full seven items for the flash sale in cart and then adding the lightning item *doesn't* fix the price.

    I only have items from the BYOFG. The right discounts happened at the right number of items, with 6 items going to the highest discount of 70%.

    I only have items from the BYOFG. The right discounts happened at the right number of items, with 6 items going to the highest discount of 70%. 

    BYOFG is working, but Lightning Deals still show one price on the page and a higher price in cart. Thought maybe BYOFG was conflicting with LD, but putting a full seven BYOFG items in cart before adding a LD item doesn't fix the issue.

    I have reported to Daz.

    I’m still trying to figure this out. I had put in 6 items from the BYOFG page and it got the right discounts along the way, ending with 70% with the 6 item. I then added the four lightning deals and three of the items changed to a higher price of the four. I then built the cart in reverse. I added the 4 lightning deals and they all stayed at the listed price/93% off. I started adding the same BYOFG items I had before. The first three immediately got 70% off. The next two I added stayed at full price. Something is really weird.

    For now, both sales seem to work if you do separate carts. You can do that till Daz figures out what the conflict is.

    I haven't touched the BYOFG goods yet, and I'm getting the Lightning discrepancy, pic attached.  It costs more in the cart than it does in the ad.  It's not a big error, but errors have been known to grow.  Someone please share status updates here.  Thank you.

    Edit: I do see above that someone had problems with just Lightning deals, so that will need a ticket. When I did the two carts separately, I got the right discounts on each.

    if you do a cart and the discounts are right, you're good to go. If not, you can wait to see if Daz can fix or send a ticket.

    I'm currently having the same problem with a Lighting Deal. The item "Digitallab3d Coffee Shop" (SKU: 80147 => https://www.daz3d.com/digitallab3d-coffee-shop) is shown as $2.80 in my Lighting Deals, but changes to $3.50 when I add it to my cart. It goes wrong, even if it's the only item in the cart, though I've also seen it shift up to as much as $7.00 when there were other items in the cart with it.

     

    EDIT: The SKU's for my other current Lighting Deas are: 26185, 65275, 55397 (Lighting Deal SKU's in visual order: 80147, 65275, 26185, 55397)

    I'm also having the same problem with lightning deals. I made a separate post before I thought to look here. Thank you. And yes, I'm having that problem still as of this morning ( May 19).

    There is a pattern there... The items that are giving just 72% off for DAZ+ members, give the same discount in the cart as well, but if the Lightning Deal gives 82%-92% off, the discount in the cart is less.
