    Just saw an update to the original G8 version of Dragonhide PCS. It appears to add presets for the G9 version using the original G8 materials.

    The wearer requires some serious morphing to fit.  Here's a render I made a while back showing what the pilot looks like without the suit: Dragonhide Trooper | Daz 3D 

    Aye, found your pictures in the earlier mentioned thread. Had a good laugh and it kinda fit my sketches.
    The modifications to the suits to a more realistic look, that were shown over there, were quite good also.
    Its approx. that, what i wish the products would be.

    Yes, it had been me (below my pic). I like your creative approach to this matter. And while i could imagine a dozen stories within your given realm, it still does not work for the project(s) i had on my mind.

    The 2.99 item today is really neat, a trench coat with loads of morphs by Dimidrol yes. Got it right away, but beware, those of ye with limited space, the zip size is huge: about 950 MB.

    For a single coat? Why? Textures look like simple could be tile shaders, could be replaced with tile shaders. What am I missing here? >_>

    I grabbed it also... gonna use it as a housecoat/robe.  Or maybe add a fur collar for outside.  :)

    Can someone tell me if the trench coat download is one big item or broken into 3 by figure (G9 is a download, 8 is a download, 8.1 is a download). If I can download the G8 version as one item and it's only 350mb or something, I'll grab it. Even if not, I may grab it anyway. Please LMK! Thanks :)

    G8 and G8.1 would not need different files for clothing items. Also G8 and G9 may share texture files so a G8 only version will not be much smaller than 950MB

    There is a total of 130  texture files 117 of those are 4096 x4096 ,the textures for the buttons are 512x512 and there is 13 of those , from what I can tell there are at least 4 duplicates for each color ........but they are named differently for example open ,closed ,without belt .....

    It doesn't look very nice to me. Even the main promo show strange bends in even the light woman's straight right arm. The left bent arm of the dark woman has apparent intersections with the body of the coat or even with the rest of the sleeve. I dumped it from my cart. Yes, it is inexpensive, but not worth the apparent frustration to me.

    I'm happy with it for $1.94. A bunch of my story is set in places where there's streets full of people wearing coats like this, so it's a useful addition to my collection.

    I see errors in LOTs of promos these days.  (Where is the quality control?)  I bought the coat... Hence why I'm making it a housecoat/robe... ;)  Makes more sense to me... specially with the promos of open fronts.

    That looks like Jada 8.1.

    Looks good Richard. In the end, I decided I didn't really need a trench coat, and certainly not one with a 960mb download.

    Well, a few hours ago, they floated me https://www.daz3d.com/kuj-magic-wizard-bundle for $4.90. And what can I say? It's a 2022 bundle. There was also a texture set for an outfit I already own. I plopped down my Daz+ coupon and paid $.86. Very pleased!
