    $2.00 for a fixed version of my beloved ghost lights!!! Woohoo! KindredArts, you rock!! Now, you've already made the boss move of fixing one beloved product...any chance the probe light kit will get a similar update? If not this still is a customer focused move worthy of all praise. Thank you.

    Thank you very much! I did not have the banner yet when I shoved the new lights in to the cart so fast and looked for another item and then grabbed the credit card. It was only when I went to pay I saw $2.00! Shock, must be a mistake, take no chances. Check out now. As I was printing off the promo pages, the banner showed up.

    Well KA only released the Ghost Lights One yet. If you do not own that one I guess you won't get a special discount. I do own 1 and 3 if I recall it right, so I will myself not get the discount on the second one obviously. But thats all reasonable.

    Thank you KindredArts, much apreciated and I would have been happy to pay more for all the work that you put in at short notice.

    This has been an interesting few weeks. Firstly I have got better at using normal lights, secondly I learnt to construct a reasonable work arround (that even worked when mirrors were in the room), and now I have my belovid ghost lights back

    I can now enjoy the new features of DAZ 4.20 while still having my easy ghost lights to help me. It has been a good few weeks and I am very glad that I updated.

    Same thing here - No banner, but I saw the new ghost lights and clicked to add to cart immediately, with only a slight "I thought there would be a bigger discount" at the back of my mind. Saw the $2 price in the cart, finished my purchase, then the banner showed up on my "completed purchase" page.

    Hey gang, i hope everyone is happy with the new set. I know i can't please everyone all the time but i think this was the best way to do it given all the moving parts. Just to clear things up, if you had the orginal iray ghost light kit you should be given a 90% discount for iray ghost light kit one that released today. You will also recieve a discount for follow up replacement products, so if you own iray ghost light kit 2, you will recieve a discount for the upcoming replacement etc.

    I see it in the store. But I'm still running 4.16.0.3. Will this new iRay Ghost Light Kit One work as ghost lights in this version? Or, is this new kit intended for 4.20 and up of DAZ Studio? If it works with version 4.16, I'll buy it. I couldn't find anything about that in the product description. Anyone know?

    I used to make negative spotlights in Poser, just by giving the spot a light value of < 0. The lesser the value, the darker the, er, non-light.

    Thank you for putting it out so quickly. Insta-grab. I use ghost light all the time, for all sorts of things. Even outdoors, as a fill light or as an invisible soft box.

     This will not work in earlier versions. If you're using pre 4.20 builds, you should still have the legacy ghost light kits in your library.

    @KindredArts I own all of your Ghost Light Kit products among many more of your other products and they are all very helpful and great tools... thank you for making them!

    I just completed check-out with the Iray Ghost Light Kit One and it did not show the reduced price until it was in my Daz shopping Cart.

    The funny thing is that the Orange Banner did not appear until after I completed checkout and got the "Your order was successful!" page. I think they must have a mistake in the code for the banner, as it is displaying with ownership of the new Kit One instead of the original Kit 1.

    Also, I'm glad you did not replace the orginal products with the new product, as that would have caused a nightmare for people running older versions of Daz Studio prior to version 4.20.

    I was wondering if you could have just had the one version of each Ghost Light Kit and then have some programming code to check which version of Daz Studio you are running upon launching the Ghost Light in Daz, and if the version is 4.20 or higher to jump-to the new code (i.e. light settings) and if it is less than 4.20 to run the original code for the light settings? Regardless, I'm glad you found a solution: 1->ONE, 2->TWO, 3->THREE blast-off!

    I have the old kit but didn't get a banner. The only way I knew about the discount was by reading this thread. None-the-less, I put the new kit in my cart and the discount applied. It looks like some people got the banner and some didn't.

    I only discovered your ghost lights about 2 months ago and they GREATLY improved my renders with how they look and how easy they were to use. I was devastated when only a few months later this update caused them to not work properly so thank you SO MUCH for this update and the discount for it, KA!

    Got the banner, immediately AFTER I checked out with the new one. Guess it's tagged to the wrong product.
