    Two possibilities; the Dynamics plugin is one of the weird ones, it gets updated every time a new D|S version comes out, and you must install the plugin version that matches the D|S version (the last two numbers of the version must match). If the two don't match, the plugin won't work, sometimes in strange ways.

    Alternatively, remember that you can only use clothes built to use the Dynamics plugin, you can't just use any normal clothes. The ones you need must show "Optitex" on the store page for the item under "Artist". Anything else is not a dynamic item and must be fitted and posed as normal for D|S clothes.

    How do I register the 4.9 version? It says it's installed in the 'about plug-ins' area but that I needed to register it to enable it. Where do I go to do this?

    You need your serial number from your Account page, though if you let DS go online it can fetch that for you https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/serialnumbers
