    Thank you dracorn for the suggestions for George and the dragon. The final image came out radically different and I am very pleased with it. Unfortunately I checked it this morning on my tablet and it looks way too dark. On both computer monitors I tried it on the dragon's body is both visible and rimmed in firelight. I can see neither on the tablet however. Oh well. Thanks again for the good feedback.

    Lighting is something I definitely need to learn about so I really would have benefited from participating here, but alas, this became the first month I missed since I started in the new user contests in august last year.

    As usual, many great renders in the entry thread and I wish you all good luck! Should be easier to win now that I'm not in wink (just kidding!))
