truth is, i am ironman - cut to ozzie's ironman music.

perfect ending.  it would be soo out of character for him to lie about not being ironman.

i cant think of one movie with a more awesome ending. it's so satisfying.

haz a little sphere (electron) parented to a bigger sphere (nucleus), want to make the electon to elliptically orbit the nucleus, but dont understand how to ?

you will need to alter the position of the electrons  pivot point (axis) to the centre of the nucleus so that the geometry is offset from the centre by the length of the radius you want the electron to orbit. Then rotate the pivot point. If you cant offset the axis from the geometry just parent the electron in place to an axis (null) centred on the neutron  and rotate the parent :)

    offset the pivot point?

have to test if can keyframe moving a hotpoint

rig with nulls /axis first and see what happens, is straightforward and you dont need to overthink it :)

squirrel sure looks like enjoying that banana.

when i try to leave trailmix treats out for the squirrels and chipmunks, the bluejays usually grab it.
have you seen a bluejay flying off with a peanut bigger than it's head, can they eat peanuts?
unless, oh, just realized, mebbe is buddies with the squirrels and is flying the peanut up to the squirrel nest

Ironman's original aspect ratio was 2.39:1

further binging reveals is the Panavision ratio,

     2048×856 pixels  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_cinematography

black bars top and bottom to make it fit nicely on 16:9 screens.

in my heart i want to render 2.39 but iz silly, in'nt it?

All formats designed for digital cinematography are progressive scan, and capture usually occurs at the same 24 frame per second rate established as the standard for 35mm film. Some films such as The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey have a High Frame Rate of 48 fps

what?! 48 frames per second!  is that like flux capacitor jigawatts

Stupor Brawl Sunday!  6:30pm EST, fun for the whole family!  I sold off a piece of music software I haven't used for a while so I have a dribble of food money, going to get a bag or two of metballs and make meatballs in saue for the game. laugh

Second paycheck arives February 29, that's when I'll have my traditional new-job party.  The rest will go into savings, pay for 1/2 month of burn, and ge ONE item of musical gear.

    I think it'll be: http://www.alesis.com/products/view2/vortex-wireless ;devil

A lot of ppl love the widescreen because it kinda auto-frames action, you dont have to work too hard. 2K is quick to render if you have the cores and learn to set up the passes you need for the image rather than brute forcing every render

(usually means you are figuring out how to render the backgrounds and foregrounds etc separately)

ps 2048 x 858 you really need those extra verical lines sometimes

Haven't tried it in a long time, but it was always kept in top shape.  Still looks new.  But it is tape, so it might need a new cartridge.  Don't know if I can even find them these days.  I think it came with a spare, tucked away inside a compartment.  I need to check it out some day.  Maybe I'll plug my guitar into it and see what I can do with it.  Right now my music area downstairs is all crammed with wood and insulation and stuff for the remodeling project I'm working on, or was working on...I need to get back to that.

I just found out late last year that the Juno 60 has a battery in it, to keep the memory banks.  I tried playing with it a couple of years ago and got nothing in the headphones.  Now I know why.  The battery must be dead.  It's a pain to get at it, too.  It's soldered in.  I found a video on YouTube that shows how to get to it and change it.  Just no money for it right now.
