whats that classical music piece with the bumble bees?

i need a royalty free pieco of that.

and the sound of wings buzzing

There's "The Flight Of The Bumblebee", not sure if that's what you're after.

Also, try https://freesound.org/ for the odd free sound, I use it a bit - free registration, tons of Nature sounds. I see several bee buzzes!

    Beeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrr omg so goooooooooooooooooooood.. blush

    thanks!

i wanna sit outside for fresh air, but  42°RealFeel® 35°

..."real feel" here is 24° with 36 mph wind gusts.  Wind was really rattling the windows last night.  High wind warning in effect until tomorrow afternoon with predicted gusts over 50 mph.

Was -14° this morning in Lakeview which is near Klamath Falls.

Uhg, had to click the spell check three times to get it to work.

...well let the workstation alone last night after finally getting it to turn off. Started up today fine though I was expecting some kind of Unplanned Shutdown error message when it booted back up..  Think I need to put some kind of protective cover over that annoying key. Maybe over the Caps Lock as well as that one is also quite bothersome.

That and there is actually a really stupid website that will make up names for you... I'm sure if you Google "random name generator" you'll find it or something like it.

    ummmm... ouch.

I have stopped posting in the galleries. Perhaps I need to re-evaluate the forums as well.

Noooooooooo.... That's not what I meant.... I never saw your post... Not such a long time ago, not so far away... Actually in the other room on my computer... Probably about a month ago, but possibly far longer ago... Maybe a year... I was looking for a free normal map generator, as I was googling and looking and googling and maybe eating a sandwich too, Google which likes to try and read my mind based on algorithms generated from the disembodied brains of drunken lemurs, kept making suggestions for "free ------- generators"... stuff like, free seamless texture generators (nothing useful), free plant generators, etc... One of the choices that momentarily intrigued me was something to the effect of "free name generator"...  I clicked that and out of the many choices that showed up I only clicked on three... Probably randomly... But both were pretty terrible... One looked like it was nestled in the middle of one of those DoubleClick minefields with ads like "What the drug companies don't want you to know about kelp", "10 Celebrities who died but are still acting" or "Find out what your cat's text messages really mean" all around it... That one I did not try, because sites like that I just close, because often the button you want to click is not the button that looks like you should click and those little click generator websites can just suck it... The next one looked safe enough, but looked like it was very, very old... one of those Windows 98 looking sites... I tried creating a name or two, it wasn't very impressive... Actually,  I'm not 100% sure but it may have also have been explaining how to make word generators or how they work... I clicked on another that was very simple and didn't really seem to create anything I couldn't randomly make up and it was also fairly well surrounded by ads (but not as bad as the other one)... I just wrote off the others as the same...    I didn't see the site you recommended and I never would have made fun of anything anyone here posts or suggests...

I'm an annoying pain in the ass, but I never do that on purpose... Believe it or not, but I actually do try and think about how everything I say can be interpreted and misinterpreted... I try to inject my stupid humor into much of what I write, but in so doing it's often hard to try and be humorous, but not be misinterpreted or accidentally pick a raw nerve on someone... Especially on a website where people from all over the world visit, sometimes an insult or a joke is the difference between leaving out one word like "if" or "at"...   Probably a week ago in some thread I wrote something and was (humorously) listing examples of ancient roman Christmas gifts, one of which was "a Macedonian unic".... I wrote that not because I find Macedonians amusing, but because Rome got many of its servants and slaves from that region and unic sounds less harsh than slave.... After I wrote that, I went back and looked at it for a moment, but since I couldn't think of anything that could take the place of that reference, which was list two or three things that are benign and stupid, like low rider chariot rims, or toga tassels and contrast that with something harsh or nasty, reminding the reader of how nasty and cruel the ancient world could be... I didn't want there to be some poor Macedonian guy feeling I was making fun of ancient Rome's cruelty towards his ancestors or that I actually think thats funny, but since it was more making Romans look silly in contrast with trendy modern traditions and ancient vices, I left it...     That was an overly long explanation of what I often do...  I worry less about what people think about me, than how what I say makes them feel... I like giving people a chuckle or two if I can, but not at anyone's expense... Well, except for, lawyers, politicians, big corporations, dictators, celebrities and assorted anthropomorhic animals...

I didn't mean to imply your suggestion was stupid or that the website you were suggesting was stupid... Actually, even if I had seen your post and visited the website you suggested and found it to be crummy (which I didn't do), I would not have ever made my opinion of it public, because that would be mean and hurtful for no reason....  What happened was I saw a post, tried to make a joke, a stupid joke playing on screwed up names (if you have ever seen Eddy Izzard's "Englbert Humperdinck" bit, you understand)... I mentioned the phone book thing because I used do that in the 80s and sometimes still do and because I figured I should also add something that might help somewhat, and not just be only a joke, and then I figured I'd mention that there is a possibility that some sort of websites exist that might actually help (but the ones I'd seen were more of a waste of time)...(usually things that frustrate or annoy me I call stupid... Like gravity or my stupid brain).... As I was writing about the website I thought about the one with all the click ads and I hate that sorta crap, and moments before I came to the forums I was looking up a solution to a problem with my iPhone going directly to the keypad when woken up and not showing the time/messages, a search which was more annoying than useful because it resulted in a lot hits that sound like they would help, but had nothing to do with the problem which I ended up solving myself... So when I mentioned the name generator sites, I thought of the useless ad laden one and just referred to them all as "stupid"... Not fair, but I was also for once trying to not write too much and just finish up because people were arriving and I would have some drunk to be getting...

Please don't stop posting because of my stupid writing... If anyone here should stop posting, it's me, I'm an ass 97% of the time, I say foolish crap that makes no sense and do it in a way that more often than not pisses people off or makes them think I'm trying sound smart by writing in circles... In the course of an average week I've probably confused, pissed off and irritated more people than most people have in a decade... I think the problem is I try to write the way I talk and in real life people either think I'm fun to hang around with or can't stand me and I think when I write, whatever may be fun in real life is lost in writing. Even the very post in question is a perfect example, for many years I've been responding to Kulay Wolf's posts... I sometimes see her posts and sometimes she seems a little down or bummed out, by work roommates or whatever... I really don't think I can cheer her up, or help but for some reason I give it a shot... I have a feeling that I'm probably not very helpful or funny to her, but hopefully she doesn't misinterpret anything I write as negative... If maybe one out twenty things gives a smile or a chuckle, then me looking like a fool the rest of the time is fine... She can just ignore me if I'm annoying anyway.  So there is that... Do I risk bugging someone to try and be funny? It's actually probably a selfish thing to do, because what if I bug them and they misinterpret what I mean and become self conscious of what they say and end up being reluctant to talk share or post... I think it's really me who should post less, write less and just mind my own business in general.

Don't reevaluate your posting or what you do here because of me... And please don't stop putting stuff in the galleries either... This software and this community is about having fun with art, creativity and one's imagination... If people are making negative comments or doing things to make you feel down about what you created, then it's they that should stop going to the galleries, not you... Yes the software can be used professionally, but if one feels the need to make it raw work and show off how much knowledge they have of the right way to do stuff at the expense of someone else, then it's them that's missing the point altogether.  Regardless of all the other long boring crap I just wrote, if you take anything from this, focus on this last paragraph... I'm sorry if I inadvertently made it sound like I thought your suggestion was stupid, that was not my intention, but far more importantly the hell with my opinion and anything I think or say, don't let me, my stupidity or anyone else's stop you from voicing your thoughts, feelings or ideas through posts or renders.

Good luck and Happy New Year.

I completely understand.  Misunderstandings also seem to circle around me due to the fog coming from my brain/mouth/fingers.  More than once I've been called "elitist", "arrogant", "rude", "smart ass", etc. when my intention is most always to be cleverly humorous/ironic/illuminating.   I have a clever reply to each of the listed acusations above, but they would only serve to illustrate their point, so I've learned to just sigh and move on.  However, I do particularly like my reply to being called a "smart ass", and consider it a compliment and much better than being the logical inverse. i.e. a  "dumb ass".

There's an Aesop's fable that covers these situations, something about a man and a boy leading a donkey to town.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_miller,_his_son_and_the_donkey  moral being: "Please all and you will please none."

McGyver, were I to stop posting it would not be your responsibility. As to the galleries, I think they're viewed by people not old enough to watch real porn. At any rate, once this farkakt holiday has passed, things will improve.

I did not sleep much last night. When I went home I took a nap which I woke up to my phone ringing and it was my mum.  Talked with her a bit.  Now I have to use the bathroom but someone is in the shower which means no bathroom time for me until she is out.

Last night or the night before I was so tired I thought I went to the home page of the store and saw the Shade packages, but it turned out I was on the software page of the store which would explain why Shade was on top.

...51° colder here in the 'hood and winds gusting to almost 40 right now "real feel" of 19°.  Squirrels are sipping hot toddies and snuggling under electric blankets. Been playin' the hibernating game myself the last two days.

High Wind Warning extended until tomorrow night now.

Quiet as a tomb.  Even my regular inbox has been pretty inactive all day (much to my welcome relief after receiving over 400 emails yesterday at least 90% of them soliciting donations for this, that, and the other thing before year's end).

Crikey are we the only ones conscious here?  Not a lot of sports fans on the forums so it can't be because of all the college bowl games today.
