Beginner Videos and Lighting Setup were the videos from a couple years ago, that start at the very beginning when you're exploring how to setup a scene, etc. The freebies in the scrolling banner are when you click "Shop", there will be a moving banner that goes across the top of your screen. The second from the end (you can click the > in the banner to make it move, or wait until it does it on its own) is the Freebies.

My Art Studio thread is linked in my signature. Sounds like you are going to be busy putzing around. Take it slow and have fun.
