I love Olympia 9, but I'm also stoked to see the traditional pro/starter bundle format. I hope it works out well and they keep it around; I completely stopped buying bundles for the most part after the changes because what I wanted was usually split up across multiple themed sets.

Hey, it's Olympia! Nice :)
I think Olympia 9 is more realistic than Olympia 7, but I think I still like the latter better. Olympia 7 remains one of my all-time fave characters.
(The less said about Olympia 8 the better.)
I am rather pleased to see the Starter and Pro bundle option return. That said, I didn take that option. My content library is sufficiently suffed that I need to exercise a bit of restraint about what I'm going to pack into it. I really like the character, the new AprilYSH hair and the jewelery (and the helmet) and snatched those up very happily. I do think that Olympia is a particularly attractive model. Very good release.
I did opt for the Pegasus wings Bundle. That is a focused set and covers pretty much the whole gamut of what one would want if one had a need for Horse wings. They are also by Arki, who does *fabulous* wings. This is one of the first sets of such which actually look more or less scaled to a horse. (Someone really needs to do a feather mane, tail and fetlocks.)
Some of the other things in the Olympia bundles were very tempting. Particularly that fantasy Throne room -- which looks poly-and-image heavy as all get-out. But I really didn't see a lot of likelyhood of using it. I liked the other hair, too, but it's Iray only and I am pretty much *done* with trying to convert hair to 3DL. I've also lost patience with supposedly historical costumes with "artistic" holes in them. Even if it isn't real history, I find it stupid. I'll be checking on SY's recent Roman set instead.

This one, though... I feel that many G9 core characters so far somehow lack personality and look same-ish. Olympia, Julia, Joan especially look like sisters.
LMAO Olympia 8 is my all-time favorite DAZ "base" character ever. Didn't care for the 6, or 7 versions. (But I didn't care for G2F or G3F, so...) And I almost always used her for my G8F mixes, either partially or fully with just the body dialed in at 100%. Wasn't fond of her skin though.
Anyway, I love the face of 9. She reminds me a bit of Gal Gadot. Unfortunately, the deal breaker here is her body. Olympia 9 has more visible molded-on abs than her previous counterparts. That ruins her for mixing since abs don't mix well, and it's wrong because she's usually one of the better characters in the "base" lineup, because of that. I just usually dial her base in whatever amount, add in a couple of body morphs, and have a decent voluptuous character that's slightly toned. I might get her eventually, like I did with Michael 9.
I've been waiting for a girl like you, Olympia 9, to come into my runtime. Just the face though. Now to switch out your normals to make you younger. I may finally be able to get going with G9.
I'd boycotted Daz Horse 3 products after Daz flubbed their initial promises of new hair options. That mane and tail look like a bad perm with Crisco added. Commission outoftouch to do a mane, tail, & fetlocks to save the horse. Anyway, here comes Arki to make the best horse wings I've ever seen and pull me back in to using Daz Horse 3. But now I need the horse materials to match the wings and poses and tacks (which were pretty slipshod iirc).
Horse wings need a morph to move them out of the way of G9's legs.
I like how Olympia 9 seems to reach back a little towards the more stylized Olympia 7 and Genesis 3 aesthetics. She's not quite there yet, and Olympia 7 is still preferable to me as well, but she's definitely one of the more useful G9 models. Now I can only hope for Lilith 9 completely styled after Lilith 7. Lilith 8 was sorely missed, but seeing Olympia 8, maybe that was for the better.

I love every iteration of Olympia, so I was delighted to see Olympia 9. Something about the Greek goddess motif really speaks to me. And a beautiful Wonder Woman-esque outfit for her! I'm so happy xtrart-3d chose to return the star-spangles on the skirt that I always missed in Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman costume. Now it's perfect!

Has anyone received any banners for owning previous G9 DO characters?
I would not pull the trigger on Olympia before they start working at Daz HQ (in six and a half hours)

I have not seen any banners. I'm waiting to see if any show up before I purchase.
Hmm, if you mean the costume can't be used for commercial purposes, that's okay with me. I just render for hobby purposes and either post in the gallery or show to friends and family.
The Spotlight item doesn't change the price of anything in my cart for me either.
If one reads the fine print, it says "†Discount excludes Daz Originals."...
That's what I'm holding out for as well. There are discounts on the previous Olympia bundles when buying this bundle, usually those deals are accompanied by a banner for those who already have the previous bundles.
I noticed the exclusion a few days ago, when there were no Debut new DO items and thought it was a strange one then and more so now that most of the Debut new are DO...
Oh wow. I just read about the editorial license. That's quite a lot of legalese, but I guess I just have to be careful where I post anything that has that license.
Fingers crossed for a banner, the bundle looks really good. Otherwise I'll just get the lady herself. I don't mind her abs.
Ditto on the banner. Daz have never missed in sending me a banner with the new characters, but I've had nothing today.
Given the banner problems last week, I'm going to hold off in case there's been another problem. It's never any fun to get a banner after you've purchased something.

Olympia 9 is not the base character I find mind-blowing, but the possibility of changing from young to old interests me. AprilYSH's 'Demetria Hair' also jumped straight into my cart; 'FE Arkadiusz Hair' is on the wishlist. Everything else in the bundles I find expendable, although the 'Bohemian Style Outfit' certainly looks kind of Greek. However, I prefer more authentic clothes, like those of SickleYield or Sshodan.
I like Olympia 9. Back on the Genesis 9 train! I was an early adopter, then got off the train because of joint issues, then got back on for creatures only, then off again for.... With Olympia 9, Daz is luring me back on. The stomach issues discussed above are a concern, yes. For me, the issue is only the ability to mix characters, not the muscles themselves for this character. Ditto for G9 rib cage. (Insert discussion of edge flow and how it affects mixing morphs). I do like to dial some muscle tone in, just a little for definition. And as others report, I have no banner, but in my case I am not surprised. I have been off the G9 train so would miss a lot of traditional triggering possibilities. The 'Spotlight' exclusion is annoying, but I had seen a reference on the forum to the Spotlight fine print excluding Daz Originals in recent days. Despite these issues, I like the base figure enough to go for another stop or two on the Genesis 9 train. What I have to decide now is whether to get a bundle or just buy the base character. I think I may get a bundle. In general, I like historical content, including movie-prop-version-fake-history content. I put together a sample cart and like what I see. With a few tokens from earlier in the sale, and with my PC Club DO coupon, the price is back down to the range I expected for bundles 'back in my day.' Not only am I getting Olympia 9, my sample cart has the Pro bundle. I like the alternative shape morphs for younger and older characters. I like the expressions. I like the hair by FeSoul. I like the Bohian style outfit. Yup, it is looking like the Pro Bundle. And with pairing discounts, looks like the I am getting the Pegasus bundle as well. And I see Polish among the featured artists, so that Mount Olympus set goes in the cart. And as long as I am looking at the featured artists, I should check out the extra discount for selected fantasy-related themed items... Yup, you got me, Daz3d, you got me. (palm to face) I am back on the G9 train.
I have the Pro bundle down to $19.15, the Pegasus Bundle to $5.75, with the tack add-on to $2.58. I had 8 tokens for 40% off, added my DAZ+ coupon so the bundles went to 90% off and the add-on to 85%. I also have four still new releases from yesterday went to 70% off. So two free items also. Total $58.20.
After glancing at the previous Olympias, I have to say that G3's version might be the one I liked the best. But Olympia 9 seems to have the nose shape that I remember from living in Greece. I liked the hairs in the bundle, the morph, poses/expressions, set which I want to point out the sizes offered (4096 x 4096 and 2048 x 2048) and while it is not classical Greek, it is over the top and I still think it is fun. The jewerly, helmet, and weapons were finely done. The clothes, sigh. I am glad I bought SY's offering for the Romans. The makeup are LIE so that is useful. For $19.15, excellent price.
But I also noticed a big drop in price when I first put the pro bundle into the cart that I wasn't expecting. Not sure what triggered it.

Oh, as far as DAZ Horse 3 issues goes, I have seen updates coming through for it and the tack and stuff. Don't remember exactly what was fixed, but it is being worked on.
Edit to add: Maybe the last one was for LoREZ Horse 2?
Not even those wings would make me want to use DH3. Sorry, Arki. Love your stuff...but nope. The horse itself is still a big, fat, Larry-Moe-Curly NOPE.
Thankfully Harry has wings for all my winged pony needs...Ok, here was my cart in case anybody is trying to figure out pricing -
