    As far as I can tell, it is fixed (but you probably still haven't used the code yet, as your initial buy went through without using that code; so you still have a functional, one-time-use, code).

    As far as I can tell, it is fixed (but you probably still haven't used the code yet, as your initial buy went through without using that code; so you still have a functional, one-time-use, code).

    yeah that's true but to test it I would need to check something out and again don't feel right about doing that

    I have benefitted from many glitches in the past so no angel but am doing my best going forth as cannot undo the past

    I had my come to Jesus moment a few years ago when there was a big glitch and a lot of DAZ Premier Artists were very distressed

    it's not a victimless crime

    I get that... I did try it, as - in this case - the items are all DAZ Originals; I don't say that makes it right, but it does make me feel less guilty for this specific instance....

    (And if DAZ wants it corrected, I haven't downloaded the files yet. Still got alot of items to dl anyway, even from last year.....)

    What $$ are people getting the Sleipnir bundle for? With the horse mega bundle, I didn't get an inbox message for ages, but still had the right price in cart. Hopefully it's the same for this? (I own both the original horse 3 bundle, and the new mega one)

    On it's own $15.47, adding one of the smaller bundles gets it down to $12.90

    We are told that the bundle should have had the same pay only for what you don't already own as the other horse bundles. Unfortunately this is unlikely to be fixed before Monday, but if you purchase and open a support ticket you should get a refund (assuming the process cannot be automated). In this case you could point out that you were meant to be getting a discount on the bundle, which I would assume would be cheaper than the poses on their own, and ask them to adjust the order and price to match.

    Huh, adding the horse Base Materials with it gets it down to $11.61 for me, without using any codes. 

    I don't think I'll ever quite understand the discounts here

    I took one screenshot of my cart showing $12.34 for the Reindeer bundle and another screenshot of my cart showing $5.02 for Santa's Reindeer Poses, otherwise showing the same makeup of items in each cart.

    I mentioned this thread and asked for a partial refund in the amount of the difference of $7.32, issued as store credit.

    Anything else I should need for customer service to issue the refund with minimal hassle?

    @doubledeviant You should be getting more than just the difference, as it doesn't account for the bundled price (which should make the item cheaper), nor the extra 20% discount from banner (or 30% if you get the Norse bundle as well).

    The original bundle - Sleigh Ride Bundle:

    The new bundle - Daz Horse 3 Reindeer Add-On Bundle - is missing the Frozen Glass Shaders and Horse 3.

    The way DAZ is playing with overlapping bundles is getting silly.

    I know, but I'm well into a work shift and lacking the drive to puzzle out which discounts are already applying and how much less it should cost. I figure the amount should be at least equal to the difference, and I'd take that as "good enough". But if customer service thinks it should be a bigger refund, I won't argue. ;)

    Richard, thanks for all your efforts! I was too tired to wait any longer yesterday and finally got myself the Sleipnir bundle instead. Yeah I know, discounts are better with the Reindeer bundle in addition, but even so, it's still not expensive, so it's fine with me this way. Hope everyone else gets their refunds though.

    This is not an issue but more of questionable customer satisfaction. I purchased "Sleigh Ride Bundle" back in December and today Daz put out "Daz Horse 3 Reindeer Add-On Bundle." The only difference between the two is the new bundle includes an extra pose product. If you put the new bundle in your cart, you "only pay" for products you don't have, so my cost is $10.92. However, if I put the pose product in my cart by itself, it's $6.70. I am assuming you have to purchase the bundle to get the incentives being offered today. On another note, the incentives really aren't that good (at least for me) so in this case, I don't think I'm really missing out. Just pointing this out.

    Upon further review many of the poses appear to be the same between the two products. Was the bundle offered in December temporary/exclusive (it's not in the store any more) but you're bringing it back and just changing a few words around in descriptions? It would have been nice if you purchased the previous bundle, you would qualify for the incentives being offered today. At least this time around artists are getting some lead time before the Christmas holiday. It's really bad marketing to put out holiday themed products only a few days before the event.

    No, the bundle price is for the full bundle - it should then be reduced pro rata from that to relfect that the poses are the only thing you don't have - I suspect that would make it very cheap, though I'm too lazy to work the numbers out.

    I still have both the "Saddle Up Your New Horse" (Horse 3 bundles for just the price of owned items) and the "A FREE Gift Straight From the Horse’s Mouth" orange banners showing; but neither one of them is working. The Horse 3 bundles are not free even though I own all the items and the discount codes in the 'Horse's Mouth' banner don't work and come back 'coupon code invalid'. Please fix.

    Well, it appears that DAZ has 'fixed' the problem by simply removing the messages. Way to go DAZ!

    BUT, despite Richard's post, they have not made the  Daz Horse 3 Reindeer Add-On Bundle available for "pay only for the items you don't own". Definitely not happy. angry

    The Daz Horse 3 Reindeer Add-On Bundle still has not been made available for "pay only for items you don't own".  Is this still going to be fixed?
