I can confirm that a bag with gifts comes with the sleigh that looks exactly like Santa's gift bundle in the store. The store itself doesn't recognize it as such though, because I had the bundle in my wishlist and it didn't set me as owning that when I bought the Sleigh bundle. So it's a bit messy right now it seems. I think it was meant to be included and then maybe later split out?

Well crap. I bought the bag separately, because I didn't think it was included. Did I buy it twice, then? sad

Evidenlty yes. The bag of gifts is a prop included in the Santa's Sleigh product.

OK, thanks. I'll open a ticket.

  • Be aware though, that if the Santa bag was purchased to trigger discounts, that'll be an expensive return ;-)

I bought it too along with a whole bunch of stuff at discount so it's staying. It was only a few dollars.

I almost didn't buy the Sleigh bundle thinking it was another delayed release but no, everything including Horse 3 has now been downloaded :-)

  • Fortunately, I didn't use it to get a discount. I used the couple poses from today as my discount-getting item. But yeah, it was only a couple of bucks, so if they don't give me a refund, I'll get over it.

The $10 "PRESENT4U" is being reduced by the Punch discount, only giving $6.50 off in the cart. Of course, items in the cart are reduced by the punch discount also. It is like taking the $10 off before adding items to the cart.

  • Does anyone know when the punchcard discount ends?  Will it continue after today? Thanks.

Wondering whether it is intentionally or just a glitch...?

It could be worse. In the past it has just as easily meant $X.XX worth according to the full price, with no discernable difference in wording to indicate it. I'll take the win.

I'll report, but with it being Christmas I won't immediately expect a response.

Yeah, it's not taking the full $10 off.

I guess it is intentional as it lacks the "Punch Symbol":

EDIT: Anyway, thankyou DAZ, still appreciate it a lot!

I loaded two items and they were re-rpiced at 25% off for the punch. The total of the two is a little less than $10 and when I apply the coupon, it wants to charge me around $1.50. I did all kinds of math and variations and I can't figure out how it gets the numbers. Doesn't matter, it's not right.

I tried a few carts and have the same result. 2 items totally a little less than $10 should be 'free' and they are not. So much for the 'free gift' ...

My punchcard was at 10% yesterday. I absolutley bought more than $2 yesterday as I got the sleigh bundle with the Daz Horse 3 preview and the five discounted bundles that netted you. It's still at 10% today and it's really frustrating me as I had things I wanted to get with the full card and I'm completely sure nobody will get to the ticket I submitted in time.

Also ETA that the coupon's the same for me as well.

  • I was figuring it was DAZ maths with the discount too

  • Interesting. Daz screwed over first day buyers of Sleigh Ride Bundle quite thoroughly - not only is there a gift card sale today (straight percentage off), but all of the items for the bundle deal are much cheaper because of the storewide sale. Couldn't have started those things yesterday and just let them run through today? Crappy way to treat customers.

But on the flip side, anyone can get an unlimited number of Pro and Mega bundles today for around 94-95% off - and buy store credit for additional savings. That's a nice apology for the flash sale nonsense last week.

    Anyway, Merry Christmas!

Do you expect there is someone on duty that will look into it today, or would it better to make a screenshot of the cart and contact Customer Suppport?

Honestly, I hope everyone is home with their family. And  more importantly: Happy X-mas! smiley

Where exactly do you see that? The 85% off applies only if you buy Sleight bundle?

Nothing's stopping you from buying the sleigh multiple times.

It's never a bad idea to do a ticket in addition to our reports. And Merry Christmas to you, too. :)

On the promo page up at the top it doesn't have the required buy-in for that discount or limit. I'm sending in an inquary about it.

At the top of the page it says that, but if you scroll down to the link it's says you need the Sleigh Bundle to trigger it.

Which is why we sent in a query to have then make it more evident. If it says 2 different things it becomes confusing to customers. If it's on the page they need to say the same thing.

Sorry - that makes sense. Merry Christmas:)

I'm really, really hoping this changes to a 'buy or own' thing (or has the buy-in removed entirely), because otherwise it's yet another example of people buying on the first day, and then the exact same order becoming *significantly* cheaper the next day. There's only so many times I can send a ticket into CS asking to balance it (which to their credit they've always been really good with) :(

    Can't agree more.

I bought the Sleigh Ride Bundle around $15 with Genesis 8 bundles 89% off before midnight. I mean it is absolutely not a bad deal, but it is really not the best experience when I refreshed the page and saw they drop to 96-97% off a few minutes later. So guess what, I bought the Sleigh Ride Bundle the SECOND time with other DO bundles and the total price is still lower than the bundles I bought yesterday.

Technically I am saving money nonetheless, but the products I bought today is apparantly not on my top priority list, and I regretted a bit of pushing the Purchase button yesterday. I know someone would say I can return the items bought yesterday but those are the one I wanted THE MOST.

The whole thing would not happen if a simple 'buy or own' strategy is used, or providing a 1-2 day price protection service.

I guess "Today Only" means today, tomorrow, the next day, I don't know. The items in the Extra 85% Off DO Bundles are 40% less than yesterday. I don't know if they intentionally want to alienate the customers, or are just ignorant of their actions.

  • I guess I will chime in too ... I splurged a bit yesterday thinking it was good sales (and it was), but now it is even better.

It is conflicting ... in recent months it has been extra risky .... do you buy it now, wait a day or two for a better deal, or the deal disappears and you do not buy it until March Madness ... gift card sales have tended to come the day after I buy stuff ... and ... well ... I do not need to repeat all the stories above.

Whatever our thoughts, it must be working for them as the Daz CEO got the Utah CEO of the year award ... for the NFT's, Metaverse, inclusiveness, etc. ... the stuff that means little for myself.

    Loyalty has its downsides too.
