Its a basic Poser model, but it does have some issues with the landing gear, you just need to retract it with erc dials, and another issue with the props, another erc dial, when you change the props, then you need to highlight each one at a time, the scale will read -99%, just type in 100% on the scale dial and it will put the spinning props back in the right position.

I haven't figured out how to work the landing gear issue yet, but I'm sure there is a fix for it!

  • Nice

One reason I got it was it reminded me of the TV show Tales of The Brass Monkey

I made the mistake of buying the "Steel Bird", that they sold here at DAZ, really bad model, not in its mesh design or anything, but for $25 it sure was a lousy model, no interior, it says in the promo you can have blurred props to simulate it in flight, however, never could find the setting anywhere, the blasted thing is a resource hog, even on my gaming pc, these planes from Cybertinko are much nicer to work with, and they are made for Poser! Go figure!

Yeah.. that Grumman is ok., once you figure out the way it works.. would have appreciated some “no nose art” versions as it’s a real pain to clean the art off the main texture..

still... ( not happy with the wakes, still playing with textures...

  • Is that a U-Boat

  • hacsarthacsart Posts: 2,025

    yep.. Type 7 U boat..

  • Might I ask from where if it's a model?

  • hacsarthacsart Posts: 2,025

That one is from the old 1990's set that was from deEspona...But there is a free one on ShareCG  (http://www.sharecg.com/v/58160/browse/5/3D-Model/Christmas-Surprise-8) that's actually a better model..
