    Apoc - I think the deadline was end of September but I think it would be very late. I "vote" for end of this month.

    adbc - great entry. Indeed, we all have our last journey to go home eventually.

    I agree with Horo, it will be too late, I also vote to close the challenge but can I ask for 1 day to try something quickly blush

    Greetings!
    I'm a little late myself hopefully not too late. Here are my two entries.
    Title: "Voyageur".
    Structures and elf boat created by 1971s.
    Black tulip trees by Xfrog.
    Genesis 2, outfits, hair, statue and grasses from DAZ3D.
    Illuminated by the sun and a custom IDL. Rendered at normal AA 57 minutes total render time.

    And my second entry. Title "Journey West".
    Sandhill crane from Hivewire.

    Train from ShareCG.
    Warren truss bridge created in Modo.
    Grasses and coastal rocks from Daz3D/
    HDRI Image byHoro.
    Illuminated by the sun and Use sky IBL. Rendered at normal AA about one hour and 40 minutes.

    Dan - two great entries. Voyageur is beautifully detailed with great lighting. Journey West is also very beautiful, great bridge and the crane in the grass is a nice contrast to the bare rocks. In both renders, the water looks excellent.

    BlackSnowSky - good idea, very well done. I like how the ships are partly behind the clouds and also the fog patches on the ground.

    Drachenlords, mermaid, Horo, Yellow Pen, Thank you. Indeed, the cat was there in every version. Just nice to put something not conspicuous in a scene. Makes it more realistic, like a snap shot. (I hope).

    Adbc, lovely render. And nice to react in your title to the question whether it is too late to enter. smiley

    Dan Whiteside, Wonderful to have these two entries. They are both very good looking. I like all the details in the first one. And fantastic take on the theme in the second on. Great work on the bridge!

    Blacksnowsky. Very well done scene. I love the fact that the ships are partly obscured by clouds.

    Mermaid, it may have been produced quickly, but it is a very nice render!

      Getting home in time - Incredible picture. The atmosphere is really fantastic.

    @ Dan:
    Voyageur - A really fairytale picture, beautifully made and with a lot of love for the detail.

    Journey West - very nice contrast between the rocks, the train and the bird. You almost hear the train. Very good work.

    @ BlackSnowSky:
    Exodus - nice atmosphere. This sepia touch goes perfectly with the airships. I like steampunk.

    @ mermaid:
    Ending one Journey and beginning another - I like the light, the sky and the perspective.
