spuddy - very nice entry. I like the contrast but I think the dark parts are too near to black. I tiny bit of light, perhaps ...

Had you seen  that today,  or rather tonight,  Is the May full moon,   known as the Flower Moon, and it will be the brightest full moon of the year, a super moon   and in some parts of the world there will also be a total eclipse of the moon,  causing it to be a super flower blood moon.

    Thanks Horo   mermaid010...  yellow pen

I agree with you unfortunately it wasn't just about the light  it was  one of the flower models not playing fair so it was a case of doing things over not just getting rid of the plant at fault .I had grouped things and copied them everything was so close together  I had to pull the groups out in top view and deconstruct and put back what I was keeping deleting the offending plants

spuddy - yes, I know, such things can be quite annoying and time consuming to resolve. You did a great job. I find this new result much better.

Spuddy, great entry. The second version is indeed better.

Horo, I kind of went with the idea of flowers and bugs, but decided on a different take. I used the same roses as in my 'Spring love', but with a differnt texture and with the pot too. The roses are visited by some nectar seeking bugs and a small boy (from Genesis) looks in wonder. Apparently he is not afraid of bees. The pot with tree with yellow things (oranges) is from Judyk. The room is from Drachenlords (modern living room). The house in the back is Cyprus house, the trees outside are from Bryce and the pot outside is from Panthalasa. The chair was a freebie, I think from free3d.com, but I am not sure. The bees are free bees, instanced multiple times. Sky is a modified version of one by Horo. Table is from a set LRC Set 1, the coffee table. I added a couple of lights in the room to brighten the scene.

    I call it: "Papa, look!"

Hansmar : Excellent render, great idea and very detailed.

Hansmar - very nice entry, I like the low POV as a child would see the scene. Good idea to leave the door open so that the bees can come in and get out.

    @ spuddy:

laying in the long grass - very good realistic render. I like it.

Flower worlds - this idea is fantastic.

@ Horo: Bugs in Flowers - a wonderful blaze of color. You can almost hear the bugs buzzing.

@ Yellow Pen: Sunny morning - Very nice garden and good DOF.

Spuddy: yes, the second is better.

Hansmar: beautiful Roses... and I like the bees.

Drachenlords: beautiful too. But the hedgehog looks a bit strange....

Here is my second entry. (found some mistakes... this here is not my end-version. I set the corrected one at the next page here.)

@ Hansmar - sorry, I missed your last post.

Dad, look! - Really a very detailed picture. Well done and it tells a story. Good work!

    @ Horo: Thank you.

    @ adbc: Thank you.

@ Yellow Pen: Thank you, and that's right, I wasn't entirely happy with the hedgehog either, but it was the best I had found. Magic Roses - That's a really great idea and nicely done.
