    Yes, that's correct.  "Victoria 4.2.cr2" should be in C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library\Runtime\Libraries\Character\DAZ People (in Windows Explorer); inside DS it should be in:

    Content Library pane > Poser formats > My DAZ 3D Library > Figures > DAZ People
