    Very cool! That skeleton is awesome and creepy at the same time.  love the point of view on the first one.

    I Like the one called Magic. thos glowing willowisp things a a great effect! Is that from the particles?

    I used some of Jepe's effects.  They are part of this set:  Jepe's PlateZ III

    Those are a lot of nice effects, it says in the description only about iray textures, so no 3delight textures included? I guess I could transfer that to 3delight but that time I could invest in Gimp to make something myself...

    Edited to add:  I have 2 versions.  One is 3DL and one is Iray...must have been snuck in with an update.  I really need to pay better attention to those updates.

    Jepes stuff comes with both 3Delight and Iray presets and both sets glow.  I have most of his stuff just need a couple more of his sets to have the whole collections.  His stuff is amazing....

    I have been working on moving my OC Arnia over to G3F.  Still 100% sure she is done.  I may do some more tweaking of her morphs and/or skin but here she is.

    Very lovely lady, Kismet.  Did you do a render of the bird for the tattoo or did was that a 2D image already?  Did you postwork that or use L.I.E. or some other method? Curious mind so I have to ask!

    A friend found the copyright free image of the blackbird.  She did her magic in a photomanipulation program (I cannot remember which one she uses) and applied it to the skin playing with the opacity. 

    She is quite good at it.  She has taken pictures of her own personal tattoos and applied them to her OCs.

     

    I had been playing around with applying an image in GIMP to the original torso texture and saving it out as a separate texture map.  I just could not find an image I liked and I cannot draw so creating one that way was out of the question. 

     

    I saved the whole thing as a Character Preset.

     

    The trickiest part of tattoos is they age.  The lines lose their crispness and the colours can fade.

    I like doing tatoos with the image editor. You can place them where you need and with the opacity dial you can make them look being part of the skin instead of just being on top of it. with gaussian blurr you can achive that "older tatoo look on the image in Gimp

    Tattoos are one thing I have not tried adding to a character yet.  Your friend did a great job with your tattoo!
