Novica, thanks for pointing out the dForce MRB Outfit for Genesis 8 Female. I have had it on my wishlist for a while and tested it a bit ago, but the price was still too high. But I can manage it now.

I am also picking up the Maria's Dressing Room that you pointed out previously, along with the new, ARTYficial Incidentals 2 and some shaders, Floral Silk Fabric Iray Shaders.

(Did you know that if you copy and paste the name of the item from the shopping cart, it adds the link?)

But I have a LOT of items that have been wishlisted. Just too many great products all at once, I would have had to be able to spend at least $100.00 a day I think to keep up with them. Just not possible.

Not sure if anyone else might be interested, but yesterday I came across an older thread that was reactivated on Best 3Delight shaders that has a great list of shaders. Thought I would point it out if anyone enjoys that rendering format, and wants to check what is available.

I've enjoyed this PA sale almost as much as last years although I mostly bought interactive licenses and hardly any content.

@genaris, The Miami Beach Art Deco set was pulled. Of course, no explanation. Nor any word if it will return after fixing whatever issue got it pulled in the first place.

@L'Adair,  thanks for the info... I knew I hadn't hallucinated browsing that product!!    Wow- sad that it got pulled through; I'd decided I *really* wanted it before the PA event went away. :(          You'd think that if there was a problem with a product that QA would identify & get resolved before the product debuts, but hey.... ;)

Didn't your browser show the link? I did it from the Shopping Cart, and they are all linked. :)  And you're welcome, I think you'll really like all those props in that dressing room  :)  I'm still hooked on that little cat ring holder LOL

@genaris  I'm trying to picture that set- what did it look like? I was offline for quite a bit before/after Hurricane Sally and I don't even recall it :(

Looking at that dressing room, there's an adorable pink cat head thingamajiggie. It's on that 4 drawer piece with the two photo frames and a glass box.  Is that  pink cat thing just for decoration or is it functional? I don't think it can hold necklaces as there's not enough arch. It's cute, though. The props description doesn't help, the ornament would be that tall cat statue.

It was a block of (separate) buildings with a large open oceanfront park and promenade, recreating or looking like South Beach Miami with the wonderful art deco hotels and apts etc in the signature pastel colors, with the outdoor tables and so forth.  Very distinctive vibe and visually different from other urban blocks/sets in the store.    Of course, now that it's gone I can't check to see &  I can't recall WHO made it ...

Doesn't show on my product library page but does on the order

    The  SKU number is 72987

  • If you google image search "Miami Beach Art Deco daz" there are some tiny images there so you can see what it looked like. The links are all dead, so they can't be viewed full size, but you can get an idea of what the set looked like.

    Hi Novica,

If this is it, not cat heads, but tea lights, shaped like tulips or some flower. Really pretty.

As I was looking at this set, it occured to me it also could used as a workplace, for a studio, dressmaker's, photographer's studio changing room, or a really nice theater's artist's room. Or anything along those lines.

I looked at it, then checked out the PA and went to their store, https://www.daz3d.com/prefox, and saw that there was an environment for Florida that I had passed up. No need in my runtime. Same for the missing set. The PA is still in the store.

Add, they still have a 40% off too.

@genaris, With the help of Robert for supplying the SKU, here's the readme link: SKU 72987

There's only the main promo image, but you can see the PA is PrefoX. The page has the usual information, although the linked File List page is empty.

For @Novica, here's the promo image:

@L'Adair & @memcneil70  ... thanks for the info & the promo pic!  This PA also did that Hampton's Estate item (which reminds me of the places you'd see on that show "Gossip Girl" when the chars went to their lavish second homes for the summer ;)  so i should have been able to recall the name!  ; ()    Hopefully this pulled product will return to the store sometime-- but looks like it's going to be too late to get it during this last day of the PA sale event.

I've seen other beach front property like that but on a smaller scale in the 70s when I lived in Florida. Run down though but definately pastels, art deco, and neon lights. They didn't try to renew or any such thing. I think they've been completely replaced as they were all seedy models, hotels, and apartments.

Whoa, that light sale just blew my budget. I was doing so good not to participate much in this sale the past month. It was helpful to see the number of gallery entries/ forum discussions on a product. I missed the shader 50 minute sale, but from the sale thread I gather there were problems checking out for quite a few folks? I'm so hoping they'll have a set sale, but since that's what I've been focused on for awhile, I probably won't be able to scoop up many of those even if they had the sale. What kind of sale are you hoping for?

Didn't keep my shopping cart as I was going as fast as I could since I was hours late to the party apparently. But here's what I scooped up. My poor credit card! I bought Iray HDRI Hazy Sunsets and Desert. Here is a quick UltraScenery render with one of the HDRIs. I used one of the bare tree UltraScenery ecologies so I could see the sunset sky of the HDRI through the branches. This product had been in my wishlist for quite a long time. I'm happy with the purchase.

Edited to add the same scene with another HDRI in the product. I like the way the sunset backlights the grass.

Rendering one of this month's purchases: https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-elven-archer-outfit-for-genesis-8-females

It's very pretty, and the bow poses well (didn't have to rearrange the pivot point to get it into place, always a plus in my book). I borrowed an archery pose from G8M in another bow set. However, those sleeves... In a serious archery-focused render, I'd leave out the top and borrow a good solid bracer from any other set. My left underarm hurts just looking at this.

The hair is https://www.daz3d.com/devil-may-deluxe-hair-for-genesis-2-3-8-female-s, one of my go-to updos. The character is Alatariel, from the other place.
