If you have DIM there's an installer for CMS in C:\Program Files (x86)\DAZ 3D\DAZ3DIM1\cms

I owe Jaderail and Mike a huge thank you for their time, energy and patients for assisting me with bringing my CMS database back to life.

    Steps I took as follows:
    1) I turned the CMS service off
    2) Uninstalled it,
    3) The database files persisted despite an uninstall, so manually deleted those.
    4) Reinstalled CMS and noticed that CMS install put the databases folder back in place
    5) Rechecked to see if the services were started automatically and the service did restart and all the deleted database file came back somehow
    6) Turned the services back off
    7) Deleted database files again
    8) Turned the services back on and the single master database file appeared back which what I expected.
    9) This time I just reimported meta data without resetting the database

The products and smart content menu were repopulated.
I tested the install by closing daz studio and reopening it and the products menu population continued.
The final test was a pc reboot and reopen daz studio and the products menu population continued

So I up and running again. Despite the inconvenience I learned some new things about Daz Studio going through this trial and its made me a better user.

Again I just want give huge thank you to Jaderail and Mike. I appreciate your time and expertise.
