Thanks Adbc and Horo
Horo, mermaid, thank you.
Horo. Great idea to use a terrain directly and inverted. And it looks very good.
Mermaid. Very good terrain render and great sky.
Thank you Hansmar.
Thanks Hansmar
Another setting, basicly the same scene as the rose in the contest. the sky is a free HDRI (mossy forest), just a bit of postwork with paintshop pro, white balance effect (tungsten).
adbc - I like this one even more than the other one. The bright background fits better and the rose has some space "to breathe" around it.
Adbc - wow awesome, I agree with Horo this version is better.
Horo, mermaid : thank you.
adbc, That is a great version!
Hansmar : thank you.
Again the Pits terrain from Landscapes under Fantastic Skies like near the end of the previous page within a mirror box with an ice material from the same set. Light by a Fill Light and an uniform blueish HDRI made with UniHDRI. I also rendered a spherical panorama and have it interactive on my website.
Horo, Could you please post such renders when there is a heat wave? It is now a bit cold here and your render makes me feel very cold; very well made!
Hansmar - thank you. Yes, I worked during a hot period on the scene, when it was finished, it changed the weather.
Horo : awesome render, looks really cold.
Wow Horo awesome an interesting cave to explore.
Eta: After seeing the interactive panorama, all I can say an outstanding, very interesting render.
Thank you adbc and mermaid.
10-sided columns rotated and partly one in the other, somewhat transparent, reflecting and specular with anisotropy. Background and reflection by the WpH_08 HDRI.
Wow Horo, beautiful abstract
Thank you mermaid.
Horo : very interesting abstract, awesome reflection.
Thank you adbc.
Already more than a year ago, I bought GritStone Hill, but has never used it until today. (shame on me, then I have never realized how good this product is. The terrains are great and the materials are top-notch. I think you hardly can get any better terrain materials for Bryce. My image is a just the first terrain and the HDRI from the Gritstone Hill package.
Electro-Elvis - very nice hill scene.
Anybody remembers who had offered the Crater Construction Kit in July 2013? I finally looked in earnest at it and after some adjustments in TE-Filters put the 33 TIFFs as 2048 terrains in the Objects Library. Here is one of them with a material and sky from Landscapes under Fantastic Skies. This land had suffered many impacts.
Electro-Elvis : great scene, the material on the terrain is very nice.
Horo : excellent terrain and material, beautiful sky.
A simple mountain scene, the building is naboo palace from Rodluc.
adbc - thank you. Very nice scene, a bit like a fairy world.
Horo : thank you.
Electro-Elvis – beautiful landscape, the lighting is perfect.
Horo – superb landscape, the Hdris from the Landscapes under Fantastic Skies are so versatile.
Adbc – Wow fantastic render, the lighting is awesome.
A Panoramic Abstract using the Trefoil object and an Hdri from the Landscapes under Fantastic Skies
mermaid - thank you. Very interesting and nice abstract.
mermaid : thank you.
Beautiful colours on the abstract, looks a bit like an eye. Very cool render.
Thanks Horo and Adbc
