    I love this render. The guy is just falling out over this girl singing. Mustang Sally song I have played and sang a million times in bands across America and over seas that I played in. It was on my song list. I used to take the song, and play the guitar riffs from the song "Jeopardy" from the Greg Kihn band (80s hit song). It fit perfectly and gave the song a really cool feel.

    The 64 is a Forza 4 or 7 game model converted to .obj..

    Latest one - and it was a real pain to convert. Model is from GT6, and when  converting ended up with the LOD meshes overlapping, horrendous material zones, etc. As an expample the taillight meshes were not visible, there was a really weird low LOD mesh that stuck through the mainmesh, but dleeting it opend up huge holes in other places.. took a fair bit of work in Simlab to correct.. Instrument textures were in .dds, but needed mirroring and rotating to work with the converted .obj, and even then were a pain as the dial faces were burried below two other surfaces

    SO.. 1960 Plymouth XNR - one off design by Virgil Exener as a sports roadster to add to the Plymouth line and possibly compete with the Ford Falcon and the Chevrolet Corvette.

    Thanks. I find that the models from the Forza series convert a bit better but sometimes if its a model you want to use, its worth the effort

    I wanted to post this again because I am very proud of this car. I made this famous Monkee Mobile in Sketchup. I post it in memory of Davey Jones and Peter Tork.

    YUP! Almost down to my waiste again. Only it turned a blondish color. Age I guess.

    BMW  M-Coupe - anopther Forza car.. this one had a major flaw on conversion - a missing face/mesh, one that bridges the windshield base to the hood.. frorm certain angles it appears as a huge  gap, had to choose camera anlges carefully

    Latest work.. Base model is a really nice one from Terry Stonehocker over at Grabcad. Files were originally in .easm format, but Terry kindly enabled the .STL format export on those - loaded in eDrawings, then exported as .STL. Pulled into Simlab and tried a few exports, none of which worked well. Finally exported as an SKP, pulled into Sketchup,exploded the model as it came in as a single component, then eportred as .OBJ, finally imported into Bryce, and exported as another OBJ.. then imported into Daz, and went to town texturing..

    Very nice Bike! I love the orange! Here is another rare bird It is a VW Kombi Pickup. I have been getting a lot of real nice Sketchup models and converting them to object format. Move them into Daz and they come alive...lol. All these are Sketchup models.
