Morning. Slate-grey sky and soft lit rust-red and silver roofs and towers and trees overtopping rain-slicked and (mostly) windless streets outside my window :>)

Which is unfortunate sometimes, since some of Dinoraul's other beasties (Like the Velociraptor, Deinonychus, and Microraptor) are only on Renderosity (As far as I know) and Swidhelm's dragons are only there too =(

About a Rock and Roll band, soundtrack by some friends, there was a single by Iggy Pop called Space Dog I think, which the photo reminded me of XD Oh is in Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dogs_in_Space

i have never heard of wired memory before.

Here is a screenshot of Windows Task manager running while 3D delight is running. I should try rendering more complex scene to see how much memory it uses.

On a Mac wired memory is data in RAM that can't be paged out to a HDD, Active is data being used now, and inactive is RAM that was used in the past few seconds or so. My problem before was data started to be written out to the HDD, so called "swapped" from RAM. It means RAM use peaked at > 48GB on this compy

I eat very little meat (only cause it's so damn expensive) and a lot of chicken

You may find it surprising, but chickens (and other domesticated fowl) are meat. So are fish. They are not a form of plant life. :)
Fish and chicken just happen to be much lower in cholesterol than beef, pork and other meats.
But high cholesterol meats are so tasty (mmmmm...bacon).

It seem like it is taking forever to redownload all the content that can be downloaded via DIM. Then I have to find the content DIM ignores.
