Super job Llola Lane and stirred up some old memories for me. When I was around 9 years old I took a deck of playing cards and  glued them together 3 thick. My mom helped cut them in heart shapes. I attached 2 to each to the forks on my bike with the points turned into the wheel. It made a lot of noise but not as much as my father when he discovered we used his favorite lucky deck of cards. When he came after me I quickly sold mama down the river.

LOL Dee... but you have a story to remember for a lifetime!  Well worth the punishment I figure.. LOL

    Great pic Llola

Nice story Dee,I also have memories of bikes when I was a kid,we intentionally put cardboard pieces that stuck into the wheel kept there with clams you use for clothes hanged up for drying outside and friction resulted in "motorcycle" sound,so you could pretend you rode a motorcycle

@nattaruk,that's very great pic, always wondered what a doctor would give as medicine for broken heart

Very nice render mach25. I think when it comes to making noise with our bikes kids all over the world think the same way.

This month went by too fast, what did I miss?

@bigh, that is actually full with feelings! I just love that rupture down abd how its kind of flowing away there, well done!

@deeleelaw57 fitting to the month this is creepy. I had a similar idea at first but yours is perfect But I#m never good at really creepy

@mori_mann this is so cute. I love horses, and I woudl want one with that makring :D

@nattaruk, nice style you chose there, It looks like a book cover od album cover for a band :D

@Llola that surely is a girls bike :D nice work.

@mach25 nice render with the hear shaped crystal, she's a tough girl she would give her hear anyone that easy :D

    Now here is mine

The black heart moth, its usually said to be a bad omen... what will be happening now?

I was so happy to get the Miellyn outfit with the PC for a day  items so I really wanted to use it. Ceridwen is my goto figure for renders like this and then I did some surface changes as well to get the black spots in place and the wings more moth like.

ooooo ahhhhhh... WOW... great artwork Linwelly... thanks for also sharing what character you used.  :)

If the heart moth looked as good as this there would be more people working to prevent their extinction. Very Well Done Linwelly

What you have done with the Miellyn outfit, creating a humanoid moth, is nothing short of amazing. Great scene, too. Wow.
    heart

(I love Arki's modeling, but I seldom purchase fantasy outfits unless I have a specific need, but I couldn't resist getting the Miellyn outfit for $1.99, Same with the CallaGown.)

@mach25, Cute girl. Did you create/render that in Bryce? Regardless, it's nice, and I love the blood red heart jewel. (Me? I'd be hardpressed to do anything in Bryce. Except exit. That's pretty much the same in all Windows programs. I think.)
    cool

Llola, Such a lovely bicycle. In pink, no less. Reminds me of something popular when I was a young… so long ago, I'm surprised I remember!
    wink

@nattaruk, I'm familiar with Queen's music, but not their album covers. And I'd not heard of Fireblood either. (It's the books, right, the Frostblood Sage?) Anyway, having now seen the album cover for Queen, I think you did great job using fantasy characters to recreate the image!
    yes

@mori_mann, Very creative markings on your horse. Well done on your challenge to add white markings to a dark horse texture, too.
    yes

@deeleelaw57, Interesting image, fun storyline, but still pretty creepy. In a good way.
    laugh

@bigh, a fun image, as always. I love the mirror effect.
    yes

In spite of being busy with a number of other projects, I'm happy to say I managed to finish an image for this thread. Just in the nick of time, too. (I suspect xmasrose will be delighted to find out she wasn't the last one to post this month!) Anyway, here ya' go:

    The Warrior's Talisman

    The Warrior's Talisman, By L'Adair

The talisman didn't turn out quite the way I had planned. I'm rendering a closeup, and I'll share the link when the image is up. But just a word to the wise faeries, be wary of any and all humans, especially warriors from this fellow's clan.

Oops. Almost forgot. Here's the link to the closeup, in my WIPs thread.

xmasrose, very nice render but I see more than two hearts if you count the heart shaped lillies. Well done

L'Adair, As usual I am impressed the eyes and expression tell his story and the green grass and waterfall calms things just a bit.

    Moving Day

A good sorcerer knows when it is time to move.

There the tower has been shrunk, put it in the wagon with the other things and let us get going. Stop that whining. I am sorry you forgot it but I don't have the energy to raise and shrink the tower again. You will have to live without your teddy bear for a few days. Or, I could shrink you and you can stay in the tower. I didn't think so, now load this up and let us depart.
