Really nice sir. Seen too many of those running around Oklahoma in 74/75 and driving back to California. Excellent work.

I really like how you have the semi trailer just visible beyond the fence at the horizon. Gives a real sense of depth to the scene.

While we wait for an Iray version of Suburban Shopping Mall (which is 55% off right now), I created a simple scene using one of the empty stores and populated with a clothing store set. I applied some metal shaders where required and applied the general Iray shader to the rest.

Something I've been working on. No idea how long it'll take to make it through the system.

Hmm.  That looks suspiciously like someplace normal people might live.  I just hope the toilet flushes.

And that means I will be buying it right away. Luxury mega-palaces can wait for sales.

Absolutely a digital toilet should atleast give the illusion of flushability,  so the toilet handle "levers"  and the toilet seat lifts.

How about the lid on the tank or is it a tankless type

You got me there. There is a tank,  and it has a lid, but I never thought about making it loose.  I'll certainly do it for the next toilet I make. Probably add the floater and valve too. I've installed enough of those in the real world to make it atleast accurate.

    There's a seat!?!?

    And it lifts.

Spoilt now, we are. Next you'll be telling us every room has a door. Luxury everywhere.

    Regards,

    Richard.

That would be cool and useful for plumbing nightmare scenes

And is there a bidet attachment?  If there is, is it hooked up for both hot and cold water?  Don't want any heart attacks on a cold winter morning!

And for those drug dealer stories when someone needs to hide a pistol or plastic wrapped kilo of something or other.

Yes to the doors,  and the included wall clock can be set to whatever time you need.

It's details like that which counts, great.

There's also a hallway outside the condo unit allowing for entrance/exits, with additional condo doors and unit numbers suggesting a larger space. And all the ambient lights and practical emitters and 30+cameras  used in the promos are included as well, so add a character and tell your story.

Echoing what Dr. JB said - an eye to detail and comprehensiveness are a HUGE plus when I shop for 3D models.  I also appreciate your excellent customer service and frequent visitation/participation in the forums.  Means a LOT to your customers!  Can't wait for the condo to hit the marketplace....   - Ray

I want to give a huge shoutout to @FirstBastion for his newly released Downtown Condo Apartment.

Going through the available renders I noticed how logically it's laid out and everything fits well in its own space. Also, the details are amazing - from the various objects (props) laying around making it look lived-in, to the use of previous sets as renders for the pictures (which can be changed). A classic looking toilet with seat AND lid? What a novel concept! And that bathroom sink/vanity - my heart skipped a beat when I saw it - one of the few and rarely seen IN-COUNTER sinks! A normal looking bathtub and shower combo rounds out the room perfectly.

The addition of a hallway outside the front door gives the place a sense of connectivity and architectural cohesiveness. The inclusion of a hallway closet and a decently sized bedroom closet are important details, too.

There are only a few things I see that could be added to make this set absolutely perfect (and can probably be kitbashed):

    1. An oven or microwave in the kitchen would be handy

    2. There's a lot of wasted space over the sink where a row of cabinets would be very useful, especially in a condensed space such as this one

    3. A door on the hallway closet

    4. A linen closet or shelves in the bathroom for towel storage. There's no toilet paper dispenser (a free-standing one can easily be added, though). No towel rack, either.

    5. Some rugs in the living room to keep the furniture from scratching the hardwood floors (easily fixed)

Sorry to nitpick, it's just how I am. Regardless of the "missing" items, this set is one of the best looking and laid out apartments I've ever seen for sale, anywhere. Now, if we could get a two bedroom version ... :)

Wow thank you kindly I appreciate the support.

I think this set got one of the longest product descriptions I've ever written, so if you skimmed over that pile of words, the interior promo lightset for both the 3DL and Iray versions are included. Which took a bit of time to get it looking accurate and realistic.
