G2F to G2M help (and vice versa)

Howdy all!

I'm trying out a few things and I'm looking for some advice.

I want to use the really cool scarf accessory from the DM Suit for G2M (http://www.daz3d.com/dm-suit-for-genesis-2-male-s-and-michael-6) on a G2F character. However, I lose the really cool scarf controls when I conform the scarf to G2F. How can I get around that?

This is a common thing I run across when going back and forth. For example, I want to use the Succubus wings (http://www.daz3d.com/succubus-add-ons) on G2M, but I parent the wings to the G2M chest instead of risking the loss of pose controls for the wings. Is there a recommended way to share accessories and clothes back and forth like this without losing pose controls?
