Install Manager Issue

OK, so I just got DAZ 3D because I wanted to learn 3D, and I was using it for ages and was fine.... but then I had to uninstall it for some reason but I've tried to reinstall it by reinstalling Install Manager (because that's a start, right?) but I get this (see attachment) which I don't really understand, every time I try to open the install manager. Have tried reinstalling it twice but get the same message... I am using the Windows installer. Any suggestions?

I've not seen that before. Is the file listed in fact in the location given?

Yes, it does exist and it is in the location given.

OK, try removing it and run the DIM installation again.
