Added "Draw Settings : Option Menu > Restore Render Setting Defaults"

DAZ Studio : Incremented build number to 4.9.3.24

    ----------

Prior to 4.9.3.24 you had to use the "Restore Render Setting Defaults" action in the Render Settings option menu. Under the hood, the actions actually do the exact same thing; the settings used by the DrawStyle and the render engine are almost entirely shared - 4.9.3.x makes this a bit more obvious and less cumbersome by aliasing the render engine properties (Render Settings) in the Draw Settings pane.

What the circled element does is set the Tone Mapping for the area selected. You click on it to select it and then click on the part of the image you want exposed properly. It looks like you have clicked on the black area and the Tone Mapping has been set for that. Two ways to sort this is to click on a white area with the exposure selected or go into Tone Mapping and reset the settings or change them to get the exposure you want.
