To clear up a bit of confusion; over the years since DAZ|Studio was first released, the name of the base folder of your default content location has changed several times. It started as "Content", then became "My Library", then "My DAZ3D Library", and now I think Connect uses yet another name. As far as D|S is concerned, they're all the same folder — and the installer .zip files use Content as their root folder name because Reasons. If you have something like a /My Library/Content/ folder, which is much too easy to do accidentally, that's called "nested folders" and is pretty much guaranteed to cause problems eventually because D|S can't tell the difference between files in the "inside" content location and the "outside" one. Fortunately it's an easy fix, as mentioned upthread.

I'm still new at this, but I'm fairly sure it's My Library/Runtime that is the correct one.
You should not have the content one.
All folders under the Content folder should be merged into the My Library/Runtime.
Thanks :)
