If you could only have one skin shader for Gen3/Iray, what would you get? I would like to get one and am seeking advice. Thanks

If you mean an utility that convert skin to Iray material before rendering in Iray, I would say the iray smart converter and advanced skin managers for genesis 3 by V3Digitimes.

I'd agree with that; it does what you can learn how to do yourself, but it does simplify things as you're learning.
