    I'm pretty sure you're right! When using Gen hair on a Gen 3 model, are they any other steps involved or will it auto fit?

    If you have a clone for Genesis then autofit will be available. However autofitting long hair can lead to weird results.

    The easiest way (IMO) to use hair made for older figures is to parent it to the head after manual fitting via translation/rotation/scale/morphs rather than using autofit.
